The Clinic Footscray

Very friendly and efficient staff, even with massive traffic delays due to west gate bridge shutting down, appointments were only running 5-10m behind schedule.
Very much appreciated getting a GP close in age to myself, makes for a much more comfortable visit.
Would highly recommend the Clinic.

The Clinic was fabulous today. I messed up my phone calendar entry as I was in Cairns when I made it (one hour behind). Of course I was then one hour late for my son’s appointment with Dr Christine Jo. The lovely receptionist (sorry I don’t remember her name) and Dr Jo were fantastic in making it happen without having to reschedule. Thank god as my son was then diagnosed with pneumonia.

The nurse who looks after us at the Clinic Footscray is the best nurse we have ever experienced. She is super professional, organised, kind, patient and when giving us our vaccines, we don't even feel the needles. She is so gentle that it is unbelievably painless, especially for the kids. Thank you.

I have been to the Clinic Footscray twice now and very pleased with the quality of service. Dr Lucy Crook was so helpful and gave me plenty of time. It was such a relief to get quick access to a knowledgeable and approachable GP.

The Clinic - Footscray is by far the best clinic I’ve visited in awhile. There were no extended wait time, my appointment was on time.
Dr. Diana Dionisio is such a wonderful Doctor, I felt she genuinely cared about all my needs and concerns and I learnt so much on top of everything. She will be my go to from now on.

I had a great visit. It's not always comfortable going in for a consultation but I had my plethera of questions and queries answered in a very respectful way. Montgommery is a legend.

I also booked for 10:15 am arrived at 10:15 am and entered my consultation at 10:18 am.

The Clinic is an excellent practice. There is always a friendly greeting, and the Medical team are very caring and professional.

Delighted I discovered this clinic a few years back! Every doctor I have seen here has been warm and thorough, and all the staff always use my preferred name ☺
