I always love Southside. Have been visiting regularly since Boxcar days. The coffee is consistently good - we love the beans so much that we buy them for home!
The food is excellent.
Staff are very friendly and professional. Our doggies are always welcomed out the front.

Friendly service, staff are professional and efficient. Chef is a superstar behind the bar and in the kitchen. I ordered eggs your way (poached) with hollandaise and bacon as extras, extras were generous sizes! Food was delicious with lots of flavour. Hollandaise is homemade. The group I was with were all very happy with their orders as well. Definitely will come back again!

I ordered an egg and bacon roll for takeaway, my first surprise was the price !! $13.23 !! And the second surprise was the wait 15min to receive it. I did ask about the wrap that I was going to get I’m glad I didn’t get that, hate to know how much that would have cost. A nice place , however for me it’s just over priced.

I have been here when it was Boxcar and enjoyed it. It was disappointing for me this morning though. My coffee tasted weak (didn't finish it) and the fruit toast was not worth the $9 I paid.

Coffee was horribly burnt, I couldn't even finish it. Small portion sizes, and my first experience having to pay extra for bacon to have a regular breakfast. Staff were polite but not friendly. The bacon and halluomi were the saving points of my experience.
