I had the pleasure of interacting with a lovely bra specialist who was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient. She went above and beyond to assist me in finding the perfect bra fit. Given the challenges of accommodating my larger bust, she guided me to the right choice. After this mission to find the ideal bra, I've finally discovered the perfect fit. The customer service at the store is exceptional, and the environment is welcoming, clean, and well-organized. The entire staff was amazing! I'll definitely be returning. Thank you, VS Emporium! :)

I’ve always had such a great experience when shopping at VS Emporium. The team always take the time to ensure I’m assisted and are the most beautiful, friendly staff. The first time I visited, I got a fitting done and it’s made shopping there so easy since I know my perfect size! Will definitely be returning again soon. Love seeing what new collections they come out with ❤

Happy Boxing Day shopping! Wide range of lovely and comfy lingeries! Definitely Love the new look of this store and finally can buy some cute bras here. Staff are friendly and helpful to find my size, although many were already sold out later that day.

My daughter and I had an amazing experience in the shop! All staff were so friendly, knowledgeable and super service minded. The girl who did the fitting for us made sure we got exactly the fit we needed, better than I ever had in my 50+ years! The other girls out in the shop then assisted us in finding the perfect styles. Walked away with 5 perfect bras and a fun mother daughter experience :)

Went into this store after winning a instagram competition and having a $500 voucher to spend. The nice lady at the door got her manager immediately upon our arrival and was more than happy to assist us with everything we needed for the shopping spree. When checking out the manager also put everything through for us in a way where we got the best deal. Spent a good 45-60 minutes in the store and got everything we wanted and staff were checking in on us whenever we needed assistance. Very happy with our experience with the staff at this store as they really seem to put customer’s first even when we were picking out ‘free’ things. The online customer services needs to take a look at how these ladies are treating customers as their way of dealing with people is just by ghosting people.

Staff there was very helpful and knowledgeable, they’re super friendly and with warm greeting. The store looks amazing with good variety of products that you can easily choose from. Love the shopping experience there and can’t wait to go back again!

My fiancee and I were afforded excellent service today. Broad ranges of stock available. Knowledgeable staff, fitting-rooms were spacious, clean & bright. Staff communication was clear & concise. Prices were comparable to other well known brands and as expected. Overall, a very positive experience.

I was served by the Asian girl with the winged eye liner yesterday at the front of the store she was super friendly and helpful seemed to really know what she was talking about and was able to help me find the perfect gift for my partner which she loved!

The store was closed for renovations but it wasn’t hard to find the pop-up as it was located right opposite! It’s quite small but the lovely staff told us that the new store would be opening soon with the full collection!! So excited!!

We wanted to try the new perfume and the staff was so helpful and patient! She showed us a few and really took the time to explain things. Can’t wait to come back when the new store opens! The space looks really big :)

Angel is my favorite perfume. Made by victoria secret.. Their undies is tailored to a womans body, . So perfect that no other company can compete the perfection. The scent of their perfumes a lotions are just magnificent, . The lotions have this silky texture on your skin keeping it smoother and softer. Beyond compare to other products. Victoria secret is always popular ..

I went into Victoria secret today and my goodness! The customer service is amazing and Yas, bishki and Brieley were so so helpful. I had to pick out some presents for my 2 friends and they knew exactly what products to show me :)

I thought walking into a Victoria's Secret store as a 16 year old dude would have been awkward, I was pleasantly surprised when the staff, one of them who had only been working there for 5 days, were extremely polite and shredded not an ounce of judgement. What wonderful people. I
