What an amazing experience I had today!

Having problems with my Car Play on my Citroen Berlingo and all it took was a brief phone call to Chris who invited me to come on down and he would happily look at it for me on the spot with no prior booking.
Kenny was asked to help me and within 20-30 minutes my vehicle software was updated and my problem was fixed!!!
What a rarity it is to encounter such amazing people who take the time to help you at a moments notice and all with a professional considerate and friendly manner!

Service is OK, prices are on the higher side,
At the end of the day the main issue with the car wasn't fixed
It may be that the assumption that the dealer knows the car best is not always correct.
