Gilmour's Comfort Shoes

Mum shops at Gilmour's regularly. Today we called into the Glen Huntly store to get her some shoes for my sons forthcoming wedding. Lotta went above and beyond with her service in helping Mum find a pair of shoes that were comfortable but also stylish. We can't thank her enough for her service today.

Best shoe shop I’ve ever been to.
Took my elderly mum who is very fussy and hard to fit and we both walked out with new shoes.

Staff extremely helpful. Needed assistance as my mother couldn’t attend shop due to illness. They bent over backwards to accommodate and my mum loves her new slippers!

I was served by James, today. An absolute credit to the store. He went over & above to assist me in finding shoes for my dodgy feet. Initially dealt with Leanne, who was lovely & very attentive. I needed a half size fitting, which was sourced from another store. Advised by SMS when they were in store (only a few days) & collected them from James.
He also was nice & very attentive - even offering to spray a waterproof protectant on my suede boots…….very happy!! 😊

I have extremely swollen feet due to medical problems. Gilmour's Shoes has the best variety of styles, and the best service in all of Melbourne. Even when I lived in the States the shop that I bought from didn't offer shoes as wide as I can get here. They import only the best quality and latest styles. They not only offer layby but they also offer 10% off when It's your birthday month! It's a family owned business. And they make sure every customer is a satisfied customer.

I just got served by James, he was so helpful, I would be the customer from hell with my awkward feet but he was so patient with me. Good old fashioned customer service.

My hubby and I had an amazing experience at this shoe shop today! They really do have a wide variety of dress, casual and work shoes. We found the correct size and width for him and it didn't break the bank. Sales assistant was extremely helpful and wasn't afraid to advise on the best fit for him.

Such a friendly place that offers excellent fitting. If you are needing comfortable shoes or use orthotics this is a great place to go.

Couldn't have been more helpful and patient, with me and my difficult to fit feet. Found a very comfy pair of shoes, which should last a long time! (Mask, signature, sanitising required. )

The service here is amazing. The range of shoes is excellent. It is so good to know you can be sure of a great fit for your feet.
