Steve at Brunswick store is awesome, always so helpful, polite, professional and helpful! He even stayed back a bit later to look after me. That Taine & Tyson Honeydew Custard you recommend is DELICIOUS! Online ordering is also great, good communication and fast shipping. The staff at the Brunswick store are always super helpful and friendly. Steve is an amazing manager and will always go out of his way to help you find the flavour or product you're looking for. Can highly recommend this store and their great staff.

Had all the things I couldn't find locally. Prices were all good with the free shipping. Small error on one of the products, but the team were very understanding and fixed it up quick smart. Definitely recommend Super Vape Store

Awesome service! The owner/ person on today, was super nice, and incredibly helpful with sorting out the correct coils and helping me find a nice small reusable vape! 10/10 will buy from here again! I recommend :)

Super amazing customer service. Went in to get my coil changed and got offered amazing prices. Absolutely loved it.

The main dude (i think his name is Steve) is very helpful, he remembered that i need coils soon because i mentioned it the previous time i was there. They have their own SVS brand juices at around half price of other brands, most are AMAZING. I love Mixed Berry and i love mixing their slightly tangy Watermelon with their very sweet Strawberry. Great customer service and great products.

I had a problem placing an order online. The site had taken my money, but I never received confirmation. I thought it was going to be a nightmare to get sorted, but I called support and spoke to the amazing Axel who assured me it wasn't a drama and had my issue and order sorted in less than 5 minutes! Amazing customer service and super friendly. 10/10 would reccomend

I popped in to buy a couple of batteries because I'd left my charged ones at home. When I explained to the gentleman that served me that I was going out with friends for the night and the new batteries I'd purchased weren't charged, he so very kindly swapped his own charged batteries with me. That's great customer service and was so appreciated. Thank you.

I’m new to vaping and the last couple of months I’ve been checking out all the vape stores in my surrounding area to decide which one would be my favourite so I can become a regular.
Say no more!!! This is it.
The guy was super friendly and went out of his way to help me. Made some excellent recommendations on my vape flavours and I do believe now that I’m a fan of the vanilla custard.
So many flavours to choose from like trying to pick what to watch on Netflix. I’m doing some investigating first before I choose my next flavours.
Yeah, my little morning visit here made my day. That is all.

Visited to buy a new tank, got some great advice and the right tank for me. It wasn't working to start with, I called up and got the right advice to get it working, and since the coil wasn't working, I was offered a free replacement. Amazing service.

Really happy with new vape and was well supported by the store in helping me set it up . Buying new vape can be hard without a good vape person and this shop has a good vape person

Absolutely Fantastic service and quality, I placed an order for some e liquid ,I mean 10 different flavours, I placed the order on Friday afternoon, not expecting anyone would even look at the order until Monday, so I expected my order on Thursday . I received it Wednesday. What more can I say but, give your carrier a pat on the back also from sales all the way to your pickers and packers AWSOME....
