Bunnings Brunswick

I came in with two bits of paint I’d scraped off a wall and absolutely no idea what I was doing. Vittoria and Chloe spent almost 30 minutes helping me find the right colour of paint, and were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process. A top-tier example of customer service, they made my experience so much better and are a huge credit to this Bunnings.

Every time I go to this Bunnings and need assistance, the staff are very friendly and patient! This morning I needed to find a tool to fix something on my bike and had zero clue what it was I needed — a staff member called over a tools guy and he talked me through all my options. He even helped me find the most cost efficient option :)

I’m always really anxious when going into any Bunnings but there were so many female staff and I instantly felt safe and not intimidated/out of my depth. Having female presence in these sorts of spaces really makes such a difference to the customer experience and creates safe spaces - Vittoria in particular was so lovely and super helpful. Kind staff member helped me unscrew Stanley knife bought at another Bunnings and insert blades I didn't know it came with! They also helped locate good quality cut resistant gloves (they use same brand) and advice about dirty exhaust fan. Thank you for your guidance!

I got some absolutely great advice here from the young lady at the paint desk, who also took me to talk to the young fellow in the cap at the tool desk. Both of them gave me great advice about products and practice of reviving my old wooden floorboards. As if that wasn't great enough help already the young lady at the paint desk (not sure of her name!) Grabbed the manager for me for some extra advice on the way out. Thank you to all the team here at Brunswick bunnings - and great prices too!

Mara was very helpful as I required help for some house repair work. Her positive energy, words of wisdom and genuine care really lifted my spirits as I had a rough week. She gave good advise on what to do next and is definitely a lovely person.

I am thoroughly impressed with the customer service at Bunnings Warehouse. I had an issue with my Karcher window vac which was almost 2 years old, and just 12 days left for warranty. Despite this, the staff were incredibly understanding and processed a refund for me without any hassle. It's rare to encounter such a customer-centric approach these days, and this experience has definitely made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend a Bunnings Warehouse Brunswick branch for their outstanding service and customer care.

Like this one cause it’s the smallest Bunnings so you don’t need to walk too far to get your stuff, if they have it though. Hipster central though.

It is great to Shop at Bunnings. It would be good if we could also use our Flybuys (points and dollars) to shop there. Otherwise all good.

It's a mid-size Bunnings store, so some items might not be available. However, it's conveniently located, where it's easily accessible to all and they have a good range of products at competitive prices. Always a great experience to shop there, thanks to the friendly and helpful Staff...

convenient location & good parking

I got everything I need. Thanks to the staff who helped me find them, especially for old bathtub things. He knows the exact size event I don't measure it. Amazing.

Matthew was super helpful and knew exactly where the 5m tape measures were and even had a good chat with great service. Would highly recommend Matthew, he knows his tape measures! Smiles all around for Matthew 😎 I will be back
