Peppers Marysville

I recently was involved as the entertainment for a corporate event and was treated with great respect. Very professional organization. Extremely friendly staff. I’d recommend this place for your next event for sure. The food was great too. I didn’t stay in the rooms myself but my colleague did and she said it was very comfortable.

This is a serene retreat just 90 minutes from Melbourne, nestled in the quiet town of Marysville. The hotel features an outdoor pool, fitness centre, and restaurant.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance from Marysville town centre and offers complimentary unlimited WiFi and free parking.

We booked the Superior King Room, which included a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The room boasted amenities such as air conditioning, a seating area with a flat-screen TV, and a comfortable bed, making our stay both luxurious and accommodating.

We enjoyed our stay.

We stayed at Peppers just last weekend. The hotel is lovely, spotlessly clean in every nook and cranny. Room had everything in place, very very nice.
The buffet breakfast has to be mentioned . Not the biggest I have had but definately up there with the very best. Everything was hot, cooked correctly, replenished regularly and a very satusfying range. The chef in duty was Giddah , yes that was his name. This chef is switched on, very friendly, worked hard replenishing Bain Marie’s with hot foods and also offered different varieties of foods to sample with breakfast.
I complimented him on both his food and service, he deserved it.
If you chose coffee from the coffee machine, this was also piping hot - a very rare find these days.
The best poached free range eggs I have ever eaten.
We will be revisiting..

Another great addition to the Accor chain. Hotel and it’s services were 10/10. At check-in Rhonda was very helpful and advised us of close by by attractions.

The free to use pool, tennis court, sauna and gym were excellent.

However, I have to mention that our dinner experience was a bit poor as we waited 65 minutes for the dinner to arrive. The restaurant said that they had taken too many bookings and that the kitchen could not handle the orders coming in.

We both have stayed at Peppers in Dalesford before so we we're excited to try out Peppers Marysville. The staff were lovely, especially Mariam, who couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The hotel restaurant was fantastic the service was friendly and quick. We had happy hour drinks at the Hotel Gin and Whiskey bar then explored the town which is peaceful and sweet. It's definitely a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the slower pace. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and breakfast, which was delicious. It gets busy so be sure to book. We will definitely be back:)

No room service as such so get snacks before shops close at 5pm.
Duck In is a local pub and the food is good
Country Bakery was great for pies and eating outside under the trees
Old fashioned lolly shop was delish

Beautiful hotel with beautiful staff. We stayed there for one night with my family and we are 100% satisfied with the service and facilities. Its a shame if I don't mention few people who made our stay extra special. First we were checked in by Rhonda who has a very good knowledge of everything about the property and All loyalty program. We went to dinner at the restaurant and we were warmly welcomed by Nino the hotel manager and was nicely talking and taking care of everything at the restaurant. I must mention that the 3 course meal was awesome and the portion size exceeded my expectation.That experience was super awesome. On the check out date we were welcomed by Ms.Dinu at the restaurant and she explained about the buffet breakfast and also the nice places that we can visit in Marysville. Dinu was super friendly and took extra care as we were with kids. People like Dinu are like gems to any kind of company. I thank Dinu and everyone of them for their great hospitality.

Great place to stay. Great friendly staff who are so accommodating. Highly recommended. Rooms are awesome and well-appointed and are reasonably priced.

In Australia, finding accomodation that really provides value for your money is a challenging task, particularly in peak seasons.
Most accomodation is often overpriced and underwhelming and you’re left disappointed.
The Peppers in Marysville is a real unicorn. A true gem that provides wonderful accommodation at a very reasonable price.
Set in the centre of the tiny regional town of Marysville, it’s just the right place to book if you want to relax and unwind. The rooms are small but sufficient and very clean. The amenities are wonderful including the pool, gym and sauna and there’s even on-site laundry facilities if you need to do a wash or two during your stay.
The hotel breakfast is one of the best continental style breakfasts we’ve had in an Australian four star hotel and the service always comes with a smile.
All the managers and service staff are warm and friendly and go out if their way to help. A special shout-out to the barman working on Dec 29. Clearly the restaurant was short staffed but he really kept his cool and managed the onslaught of drink orders singlehandedly, with great poise.
The chalet is super comfortable and a great place to sit around with a glass of wine or a great space to have take out and play board games with your family or friends by the gas fireplace.
With the well stocked supermarket, a pub, fish and chips, pizza and cafes within a stones throw of the hotel you’ll be well fed while the gorgeous surrounding nature will have you feeling relaxed and reenergised.

Conveniently located in Marysville. Nice scenery. Newly renovated rooms. Friendly front desk. Hotel is very generous. I m a platinum member and got upgraded to suite. They gave us a large portion of welcome snacks. You can see from the photo. This is the largest that I ever received. The cheese are super yummy😋😋 I think all those are locally produced. We were enjoying the snacks and scenery in the spacious living area. Well done👍🏻👍🏻

Excellent , Service and facilities all really good. Friendly staff too. The only thing I would recommend for the hotel is to maybe touch up some of the paintwork in the rooms. There was quite a large chunk missing in my room. The area is beautiful and it’s great to see it finally all growing back after the fires in 09.

We were up here for a rally this weekend and the service and qaulity of rooms was just unbelievable. The effort from when you first arrive to the room with a cheese and fruit platter and a personalised hand written note was just the start, nothing was ever an effort or too much trouble, no matter where you were in the venue all the staff were beyond accomadating. Would highly recommend to anyone thinging of going to Marysville stay at Peppers, you will not be dissapointed.

The cheeseboard and bottle of wine in the room was a lovely surprise for my husband's birthday.
Rooms are clean and comfortable with lovely views.
We had the take away room service from the restaurant menu which was delicious and the breakfast buffet and coffee was perfect.
The team here are wonderful and truly make you feel at home, special shout out to Mel and Rhonda who were amazing!

Peppers in Marysville is one of the most beautiful locations I've stayed at in a very long time. The views are picturesque and it's the perfect place to stay at the bottom of Lake Mountain. The rooms were clean & tidy, parking is provided and easily accessible, and reception were always happy to help us. It's hard travelling with two kids under the age of two, but Peppers made us feel welcome and we really enjoyed our stay. Looking forward to revisiting again in the future!

We had a wonderful experience. The rooms were nice, the restaurant lovely, and the location fantastic. Definitely looking forward to a return trip and dragging some more friends along. The dinner trip was great value too.

We had an adventurous long weekend where our initial plans fell apart, and we kind of found ourselves stranded in Marysville past midnight.

We can not thank Melanie enough, who literally saved us for the night as we were driving for nearly 7 hours.
