Marysville Grocer

We dropped into Marysville in Jan 2023 and was delightfully surprised by the new grocer here. There was plenty to choose from, and at reasonable prices, I found it pretty on par with main supermarkets for prices. They have a bottle shop attached also. The staff are friendly and welcoming, there is plenty of carparking and is easily accessible.
You can do your weeks worth of shopping here or get supplies for a BBQ no worries.

Gotta love this place. Mark will help you with all your needs. Smallish store, but well stocked with the necessary staples. Nice bottle shop too!

Big varieties of your needs in a small town. Such friendly and welcoming staff. Highly recommend! 👍🏻😊

This store is kinda saviour if you're visiting the surrounding lovely attractions - Buxton Fishing Farm to be one of the most popular ones... There are many camping sites around this grocery store..

Best supermarket in town. Caters to both locals and us tourists. Friendly attentive staff. Good produce. Lots of range. We were after wine (licensed) a grazing board, with selection of treats, and indulgences. Has whatever you would need including sunscreen and repellent.

I wish to clarify that this error should in no way reflect upon the Marysville Grocer. I have not had the pleasure of visiting the Marysville Grocer, so please disregard any inadvertent comments.

Amazing staff that go above and beyond. During COVID lockdowns the staff had to constantly ensure everyone was abiding by the rules, which meant they received quite a lot of backlash from tourists. They deserve a massive pat on the back for such a tough time. Fantastic workers!

Great little grocer with everything you're likey to need! Not large quantities of stock but they seem to have some of everything

First visit to this grocery shop. It was literally the only grocery shop i can find in this town. It has every basic things that the city boy needs, not the fancy one of course. It has fresh produce and the beer wine spirit section. The shop was clean and neat. The staffs were helpful and polite.
Definitely recommended.

Wow excellent supermarket. Wish they were all like this. Staff were super friendly and helpful. One man carried a bag of wood to my car for me. Pretty good selection of items and not too overpriced either. Clean and easy on the eye.

For a little store they had a good range. We needed a few extra things we had forgotten from home and they had everything we wanted. Prices are high but we liked the fresh produce and meat selection. Staff were friendly

Much better since ditching the Foodworks name! And definitely a much larger selection of Alcohol! Was absolutely stoked to see that! Moving the checkouts to where they now are, with updated tech, was a much needed move as well. Excellent.

Staff and great. Very helpful, very friendly. Perfect shop when you're in town for the bits you missed before packing. Been multiple times now and each time I'm delighted to find something new.

Edit: People talking about the high prices In other reviews, it was late when we where there and would take too long to go anywhere else and we were frankly happy that they had everything we wanted and it didn’t necessarily break the bank.
