Australia Post - Glen Iris LPO

KC and his family runs this licenced post office. They do their best to provide good and friendly service. Regrettably, the postal system lets us down and these poor folks cop the flak whenever that happens.

Owner is wonderful and goes out of his way to help out. Always a pleasure to visit this Post Office.

I am so happy to recommend the Glen Iris Post Office. The family who run the PO are so friendly and helpful. They are also up to date with all postal information. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Although I have moved from the area, I always try to drop in when I can.

I LOVE this post office! I live just around the corner from here and use this post office all the time. To pick up parcel, deposit money into my bank account, posting mail and parcels and even dry cleaning! The family who run the place is absolutely the nicest people, very friendly and helpful. They are very knowledgeable as well! I am so glad this is my local post office!

I believe the previous owner might be a bit dodgy, but it's safe to go back now! Give the new owner a go! :)

A great post office. I have lived in the area for 4 years and agree that the old owners were rude and slow. The new family who have taken over are fantastic. They are all friendly and will greet you with a smile, very knowledgeable and efficient. I'm sad to be moving and losing the great service.

Kind, helpful, honest service. The old men that owned it previously were worthy of one star, but the Asian family that now own it are A+. They even have their son working parcels! Very impressive real world experience for the young dude.

This family run business is brilliant! Kasey & Rachel are such lovely people, warm & friendly, and very helpful, they provide the best customer service i have ever experienced, we are so very lucky to have them in our neighborhood, highly recommended

Been to a few post offices around the area and can assure you that this is by far the best one, they truly go above and beyond. would give 10 stars if i could!

Ever since this new family took over from the two old (and very rude) brothers the service has become impeccable.

Better than most POs, generally helpful and friemdly

The guy here is always unfriendly and will never provide a lodgement receipt. Why? Who knows? Wants to save a few cents on printing paper? There’s a nice large sizeable QR code on lodgement receipts now that can easily be scanned by phone camera to track the parcel. When this isn’t provided, you must find the long tiny tracking number and manually enter it in to the phone. I believe this is unnecessary poor customer service when this guy argues not to do it.
