Great location

Apartments are relatively new, awesome location especially if you have kids. The one we stayed in facilities were fine just needed a spring clean. The beds were a major minus. Cheap uncomfortable matress tough to get a decent nights sleep. All on all ok and you get what you pay for.

hot water wasnt operate properly and it was a cold night for us. We also have to take our rubbish with us when leaving. The house is quite cold. In general it has good location, a few minutes walk to the beach which is very quiet.

DISGUSTING & POORLY MAINTAINED - apartment was filthy, do not think it had been cleaned since the last people used it. dust, fibres, hairs & other marks covered the toilet roll holder, inside the shower had not been cleaned as there was marks & patches of products all down the door frame (from splashing) & glass not to mention the mould & growth at the bottom of shower door - the shower head jets were all mouldy, the front of the washing machine has a disgusting layer of something all around it (which did wipe off when tried), the dishwasher is missing its knob in addition to the filthy state of the front of it, same for the microwave (inside & out), there is still pieces & drips of food int he bottom of the oven & along the edge of all of the kitchen appliances, there is a layer of particles, dust & food crumbs running right around the bench draw edges (clearly visible). the fan in the bedroom had half a centimeter of dust collected on it & hanging off the side of the blades (lucky we didn't turn it on). the air conditioning leaked water that covered 2m squared of flooring. after contacting property manager, her responses was to use a bucket & it had happened a couple of times before & mop the water up with extra towels, also her air conditioner "does this at home sometimes". it destroyed my friends $6,000 laptop as the water got into it. when we also mentioned we were not happy with the cleanliness of the room her response was "im sorry its not up to your standards, i will address this with housekeeping"... umm, im sorry when i pay $230 for a room, its pretty standard to expect the place has been cleaned. there was no offer to arrange a plumber, no offer to do anything in regards to the cleaning - it was a "deal with it" type of attitude.
we did not stay here that night & had to seek alternate accommodation on an extremely busy weekend. very disappointed considering this was a friends birthday weekend away. we will never ever go back there.

Absolutely disgraceful..

- Poorly maintained
- Missing buttons off dishwasher
- 3 cups for a room that's for 4 people
- Mould growing in the shower
- Dirt and scum on all surfaces
- Leaking split system
- Uncomfortable beds

I wouldn't waste your money staying here
