Our family would unhesitatingly recommend Vincent funeral service for the following reasons:
1. In our deep grief we were treated empathically every step of the way. Liam was our first point of contact and he was patient as we attempted to make difficult funeral arrangements. He gave us guidance and information but made it clear that we could make the funeral arrangements in any way we wanted.
For family reasons we wanted to have the funeral quite quickly and Liam accommodated this wish.
2. The next step was to go to the funeral home in Ulverstone and we were delighted by the location, layout and aesthetic appeal of the building with its timber lining, high ceilings, floor to ceiling glass at entry and exit and in the car park area it is surrounded by native trees and plants.
3. We met Madi at the venue and her manner was perfect in her dealings with everyone. She was incredibly accomodating as we made decisions and changed our minds. She agreed with all of our attempts to make this funeral as personal as possible.
4. On the day Madi and Liam were there and everything was set up as we wished it to be. Their approach was, gentle, accommodating and professional.
Planning and attending the funeral of a loved one is one of the toughest things anyone ever has to do and you want to be in good hands and we were. Thank you from all of the Hewitt family.

When my Dad suddenly and unexpectedly passed away my Mum was beside herself with grief. We all were. In the midst of all this grief we had to make very important decisions, very quickly, about Dad’s funeral. A friend recommended Vincents Funeral Services and after just one phone call we were put in touch with our arranger Madi. Madi was amazing. She was so lovely to deal with. She had such empathy for us at this very sad time. She kept in constant communication, guiding us through the steps and decisions we needed to take to ensure Dad’s funeral was just right. We never felt stressed as Madi and her team at Vincent’s made sure everything went smoothly. We thank Madi and Vincent’s from the bottom of our hearts for making this day perfect and complete. Dad would have felt honoured, respected and very happy.
