One Zero Create and Construct

I recently had the back of my house renovated by Tom at One Zero.
I could not be happier with the result and the level of professionalism Tom had with the job. From the carpenters to the concrete polisher he used, the job was fantastic. Tom was easy to communicate with, had attention to detail and was dedicated to doing the absolute best job.
I highly recommend One Zero and would definitely use them again for any future renovations.

We have a 1920's Californian Bungalow with a Heritage overlay requiring (more or less) a full knockdown/rebuild and were nervous first time builders. Tom put our fears of the building process, project costs and timeline for delivery at ease immediately. Tom's prompt response to our initial emails and follow up phone calls, through to arranging a time and then coming past to view the property, made us feel very comfortable in what we were getting in to. He was very open and honest with the building process providing us with a detailed build timeline. He also helped us plan and future proof our house for a second story extension (saving us time and money in the future!) and was very open with costings for the project. This helped us understand places where we could save on costs and areas where to focus our spending!

Tom's attention to detail, responsiveness and good nature has made the planning process as smooth as possible for us and we would definitely recommend Tom and One Zero to anyone wanting an open, stress free, genuine builder

Tom from One Zero was a pleasure to work with on our home extension from day one. He really listened to our plans and ideas, and added some great concepts of his own which we’d never thought of. He seemed to have a great network of sub contractors and he kept us well informed of our costs during the project. There were a few hiccups and challenges along the way but I guess that’s expected when renovating a 60 year old house. But the end result is a beautiful home delivered on time and within budget.
