Jock's Ice Cream & Sorbet

Another hidden gem! It was so hard to choose; lucky for me, the person who was serving me recommended the hocky-pockey gelato and passionfruit sorbet – both were delicious. I got the chance to try the Turkish delight, and it was good too.

Really good service from entering into the shop. When buying icecream I always find it difficult to make decision on what flavous to buy. The shop owner make it really easy by allowing us to try on different flavours and making good recommendations. Been to quite a few other ice cream shops lately. They will either just stare at you or give you one stick to try for a group of people. This place is different and will definitely come back again.

The place is close to Port Melbourne Beach. Perfect for this sunny weather after sitting outside the sun for a long ice cream is the best🌻☀ hehe ✌🏻

The best ice cream I’ve ever tasted in my life. The flavours are lovely especially the Choc Ripple and Vanilla. The service isn’t a problem the staff seems very nice, not very talkative thought but that’s alright. Very nice area, found out about Jocks from a nearby Italian restaurant called The Italian Artisan, would recommend, I normally am not a fan of ice cream but Jocks made me love it. I always look forward to going to Jocks

It was such a hot day walking back from Port Melbourne Beach, and thank goodness for Jock’s. The ice cream is divine! Although the shop is not that big, it has the cheerful atmosphere and staff is lovely too.

Jock's was recommended to me as 'an institution' and that's absolutely bang on. A simple but excellent range of treats in a traditional-feeling shop. Really enjoyed it

First visit to this ice cream shop. The shop appearance wasnt too convincing us that the ice cream would be great so we ordered choc swirl, vanilla and the orange choc flavour (forgot the name). Turned out those ice creams were so great. Especially the orange choc, the taste was so good. Was about to go back and buy again but cancel cos bit of drive.
Absolutely recommended for ice cream lover.
Definitely will return to this shop.

With all their wonderful flavours I can't go passed the old school vanilla and chocolate in a classic cone, then walk down to the beach while I enjoy my Jock's.

Goes really well after pony boy fish and chips down the road.

Few months back Jock’s created a Milo flavor, apparently for a friend, and were selling some of the extra at the shop. I really loved it. Wish the owner would put that flavor on the menu permanently. Please Mr Jock 😊

one of my favourite ice cream joints with delicious flavours. love the obamarama, the hokey pokey and on occasion I get the pannacotta berry. definitely worth the detour of you're in the area, ice cream not to be missed, one to have there, and a tub to take home 🤪

Queenie is one of the most adorable young women who always greets us when we come in sh s so happy and friendly and knows her ice cream 😊 and it’s the missing yummi st ice cream around and always has new flavors every time we go

We loved our icecreams. We had liquorice which was a beige colour. Also had passionfruit. Both could have had much stronger flavourings but the texture of the icecream was delicious.

Passed by here a lot, finally decided to pop in as the weather was warm. The shop is adorable and has an inviting atmosphere and colourful decor. My partner and I tasted a few flavours before finally settling on 4: rocky road, hoky poky, passionfruit, and pineapple. Very generous portions for $8, our cones were packed right to the bottom, with a large scoop on top. My partner loved the authenticity of the rocky road with the addition of real marshmallow pieces inside. I loved how refreshing the pineapple was, it reminded me of a chilled pineapple smoothie!
Overall we're very glad we finally gave this place a try, and we're also lucky that its just a short trip from our apartment so we'll definitely be visiting again!

Friendly service:) introduced me two popular flavors , one is her favorite and those two popular flavors was amazing ❤❤ definitely go back someday with friends and get more ice cream from her advice

I really enjoyed the green apple sorbet. They have a solid range of interesting flavours so I look forward to trying many more.

I traveled 2&1/2 hours hoping to find a decent quality liquorice ice cream and WOW I was not disappointed, it was worth every minute and every penny, I have to say it was honestly the absolute best I have had anywhere anywhere in melbourne by far, thank you I will definitely be making the trip again 👍

It's not often there's ICE CREAM with amazing flavours - ANDDDD a lovely selection of sorbets (beyond lemon, lime, mango...and maybe raspberries) But this place is awesome! And there's a few gelatos, if one must......

Really good portions and ice cream. Very nice and lovely flavour :)
