After a long search found very comfortable outdoor dining chairs and purchased six. Excellent competent customer service and advice and bought when on special for an extremely competitive price.

Friendly helpful service and stocking something different to all the others we had failed to find something with. Good price for quality of Leather Bar stools we bought and very comfortable. Happy customer!

Style, quality and great price. Fun place to shop for all manner of home furnishings and accessories from traditional, contemporary or quirky. Great service and design guidance, especially from Callum. Attentive, friendly and patient service. I've had so much fun shopping here over the past few months developing my own sense of style.

Some of the best customer service I have ever seen, Callum was fantastic. So many places need training from Callum and his approach, helpful but not over selling. We actually live 500m from another early settler but their service was terrible so we drove further to the Frankston store, glad we did. Give this guy a pay rise.

I was extremely pleased with the service I received from Early Settler Frankston. I placed an order over the phone and the staff were so friendly and kind. When I picked up the order they gave me a bag with the newest lookbooks and some chocolates which was a lovely touch. Thankyou.

THANK YOU - we bought a dining table with a bench seat from your store mid 2017.
We hadn’t really used the bench seat but when we did there was always a sound as if the seat was about to break - this could be something as small as resting a bag on it.
We contacted your customer service department and within a week our brand new bench seat was ready to pick up.

Absolutely love this place... Much of our furniture has been bought here... The place is big, as expected... Always looking for the bargain... Some items are a bit pricey but you need to keep an eye on the sales. Clearance section out the back... Above all, the staff are fantastic and go beyond the call... Liam is always a person to rely on when needed... There have been some items, in the past, that Liam went beyond to find and ship from other stores both from intra and Inter state... He's a blessing!

Huge thank you to our delivery men on Monday. Delivered our new bedroom suite. Unpacked it, put it together and took all the boxes and mess with them. All completed in under 30 minutes. Great job, nice blokes.
