Australia Post - Murrumbeena LPO

I note the many bad reviews here.🤔 All I can say is that as a business customer this is by far the best post office I have used. The owners could not be more helpful in any way.

Excellent post office, very efficient, good customer service. I can't believe the rotten reviews some people leave here. Some customers appear to have some bizzare expectations of a business class lounge type of service at a local post office, which is totally ridiculous. I had only positive experience here.

This post office is for me like any other post office and the staffs do a good job:)

New management are excellent. Very friendly, helpful and do their best to process requests quickly!

This is a fabulous post office with 2 wonderful people running it. The old owner was a bit 'unwelcoming' however the new folk are fabulous. The service is great and they always greet you with a smile. They are good for banking, passports and all things, stamps and all things postage related. 10/10 business.

Brilliant, wonderful customer service received at the Murrumbeena branch of Australia Post on every occasion. The staff are kind, friendly and helpful. They are thoughtful and aware of waiting times, completing tasks proficiently, with knowledge and skill.

I have been shipping parcels with Murrumbeena LPO for 2 years. The couple are super nice. They work fast. Very good customer service.

Have been going here since 2011. Very friendly and courteous staff and never had any issues with collecting parcels or other over services. Have moved out of area recently but still keepin my PO box at this post office and using the services as don’t think able to get such prompt and good service at my local post office unfortunately.

Lovely couple that work here, they take in all the parcels for our online stores and are super helpful. Much prefer coming here vs Carnegie

I usually get served by the younger woman who works here. Always a quick and pleasant experience, never had any issues.

I came to get my passport renewed and I couldn't be happier with the info/service. Such an easy and fluid experience.

I just moved into town and visited here a couple of times to collect my deliveries. I haven't had any issues which others have mentioned here - staff were nice and approachable for a small talk. Also the shop is only a 2 minute stroll from my home, very happ!

Hi Monica Shin ,in Australia the middle figure is NOT to be used in communication. And please pay attention to the trading hours.

It seems the old lady no longer works in this pace. From my recent experience, they are all positive, with highly professional people and treating people nicely. I am reverting my review to 5 stars
