Nice Motel, but a bit expensive for 1 night $250.00 and credit card only. You can't use your debit card.

Only good room is the one with 3 bedrooms ($500) but it is too pricey. Other room had mold in the fridge. They don't even have a sign with their name in front.

Having $200 a night (and then discovering he had a special of $195 a night on checkout) we
1) spent the weekend sleeping in a bed that was not made at all despite having the "please service the room"
2) reusing towels because of the above.
3) reading a charge of $5 to get towels that should have replaced because if 1)
4) not sure what the free wifi password was. It was never given to us at checkin.
5) pool and spa locked despite the pump turned on and making noise.
6) no hair dryer / ironing board.
7) not sure if the bed was a queen.
8) small tv (with power button in the bed head)
9) decor from the 80s.

Man was so rude to me I was in disbelief. Would not even let me and my son in the receptions door. Told me to go up the road, best move I made. Stayed at the Great Ocean Road Resort and had a wonderful time.

Staff was rude to start with...he did inform us of close eateries...rooms were dated but clean..very basic.. no Wi-Fi...no movies on tv....not worth $230 for the night..wouldn't recommend staying😕😕😕

The owner was rude. The room was average for the price you have to pay. Would not stay there if it was the last room available in a 50km range.

Didn't stay but sheltered in their driveway for 5 minutes on New Year's and was rudely told to get off the property along with 15 or so others. Not staffed by nice people.

Asking $370 for a night at the motor inn, price is only 2-3 times more than it should be.

Rudest staff imaginable. Would recommend avoiding.

About Anglesea
Town in Australia

Anglesea is a town in Victoria, Australia. It is located on the Great Ocean Road in the Surf Coast Shire local government area. In the 2016 census, Anglesea had a population of 2,545 people. Originally known as Swampy Creek, the area's name was changed to Anglesea River in 1884 when the township was established. A Post Office under that name opened on 16 April 1886. and was renamed Anglesea in 1950. The name derives from Anglesey, an island in North Wales. Alcoa of Australia operated a power station and open-cut coal mine near the town from 1969 until August 2015. The site is now the subject of restorative work. In February 1983, the Ash Wednesday fires swept through the area, destroying many houses. source
