Anglesea Paddle Boats

What a lovely place for canoeing! The owners are very friendly and accommodating. We never did canoeing before but they allowed us on a condition that we stay in a near range. Parking is not too big and have toilets. Also a nice place for photography.
Would definitely visit again!

We rent 1 hour paddles canoe, thought 1 hour should be quite long time just in the boat on the river. Actually the time goes so fast, feel not play not enough… it’s funny to across under each bridge, also the scene is so beautiful when rowing the canoe to a quiet place, sometimes just leave the paddle on the boat, enjoy the sunshine and water. It also got excitement when compete with other canoe. The staff very friendly and nice, everyone enjoyed the time on the canoe.

A good place to spend your afternoon. I'd recommend the motor boat at $30 for 15 minutes (you can do 2 laps in that time), over the paddle boats as you don't stress yourself. The owner is humorous and a fun guy!

It's the second time we have been here . These guys are so respectful and polite . We had a great time doing canoeing and boating .Kids had a lot of fun

Great motor boating place on Great Ocean Road. We love Anglesea for its quite and not so busy nature. Great for short or long walks along the river and on beach. Many options to keep kids busy in playgrounds and small skate park. Recommended for nice boat ride in Anglesea river.

Perfect spot for those looking for some quick adventure with kids.. It's a great recreational activity for adults as well. My 8 year old son loves to ride the boat here. It's super safe!! Life jackets are provided on the spot. Just 1 hour drive from the city makes this place a amazing day trip.. And there's always the urge to take another round!!

This place is great. We had the best time canoeing along the Anglesea River. So much fun for the kids (5y and 10y) and grownups. Service was amazing, the two gentleman working there, are hard working and very generous. We had a great experience as a family. We recommend this place 100%.

Canoeing down the river with my kids was one of the best experiences ever. We were able to see great wildlife and beautiful nature that our country has to offer - one whole hour canoeing for $35 was definitely worth it! We hired a two person canoe and it was heaps of fun and the people who hire out were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place!

Two types of boats available Canoe and motor. Canoe can hold 2 people, Water is pretty calm and very nice for canoeing. Motor boats can take 2 adults or 1 adult and 2 kids, boats don't have any controls other than steering and they are pretty slow, kids will enjoy. Staff are very helpful and professional.

A ride on a pedal boat was so much fun, it reminded me of when I was a kid. A fun thing to do if you are staying down at one of the holiday parks nearby; doesn’t take much time and is very affordable, suitable for the whole family. The operator was very nice and friendly, which added to the positive experience.

Really kind staff! They where welcoming, polite and happy. It was a beautiful place to paddle and very fairly priced. Would honestly recommend to all, our group couldn't stop laughing the whole way round!

We were looking for a few things to do while we were down this way and I'm glad we decided to pop in to hire out a canoe. The fellow was very helpful and friendly and we had a great time. The canoe was in excellent condition and you were given everything you needed for the session. Awesome stuff.

Nice place for family activity.

This is one of the great place to have fun with friends , family and kids. Kids absolutely enjoy the peddle boat ride. My 4 years son having great fun during Christmas after covid. Anglesea beach is also very nearby. Planter of spots for picnic and get together in nopen air.
This is first time visit in the place but looks like not the last time it is.. I really love and appreciate the place.

We had a great experience and my 2 year old had an amazing time. The staff was good. The motor boat is pretty slow though but it was fine since we had a toddler.

Absolutely loved our experience here. Worth the price. We tried the 1hr canoeing and it was the best. The staff were also very open, nice and helpful. Their conduct with us warmed my heart. Recommend this place and will definitely come again.
