My partner and I were treated to the Couples Coastal Getaway and our experience was fantastic. We were relaxed the moment we got into the robes, first treated to cool water and warm tea. 30mins in the hot tub, full body massage and finished with a platter. Each room was such a relaxing environment and the staff were wonderful. Britt and Jacqui were both so lovely and added to the calming environment (and excellent masseuses may I add). We will definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone.

Was treated to a lovely massage with therapist Michelle. It was divine with the perfect amount of pressure and she was mindful of what I preferred. The place was very clean and comforting, so easy to fall into deep relaxation. I hope to book again when I’m in the area. Highly recommend 10/10

Lovely set up and ambience. I have a relaxation massage and mini facial that was perfect. Belinda took great care of me and also gave me some positive suggestions. Must come back in the winter to enjoy the accommodation as well.

Went here for a couples massage and had such an amazing time. From the moment you walk in you’re instantly relaxed, the interior design is beautiful and the atmosphere is so calm. We were taken care of by Britt and Belinda and they were absolutely lovely, would definitely recommend and would definitely come back!

Very friendly reception staff. Everyone spoke very calmly and was friendly. Staff ask you what you are comfortable with and make sure the experience is as relaxing for you as possible. Suzi was amazing at sensing my MIL’s nerves and made her feel comfortable and relaxed, had a lovely conversation with her while she was getting a facial. By far best spa experience she’s had, all the tension in her shoulders is gone and face feels the best it has in a long time. Tom was very relaxed and spoke very calm, made sure pressure of massage was good for me

Absolutely thrilled with my experience at Lux Anglesea over the weekend. The most beautiful spa experience I’ve ever had. From the warm welcome and serene environment , to the lovely gown and slippers, and herbal tea before-hand the most divine massage therapist Ella (can’t thank Ella enough for the wonderful massage) to finishing with a relax in a beautiful lounge with a delicious juice and bliss ball - it was just absolutely magic! Oh my goodness what’s not to love ❤ amazing staff, all the facilities you need, delicious restaurant and the spa and retreat packages have you floating on a cloud.

I went there to end my long weekend trip and I wished I came here at the beginning of my trip as well!! Once you step in you start to feel relaxed and unwind from the day to day stresses. If you ever come here definitely ask for Suzi. I had a massage and oh my it was hard not to fall asleep. She definitely could feel all the tension and knots and after the massage I could feel some weight lifted off my shoulders.

My massage with Em was beautiful. Lux Spa is a gorgeous cocoon of indulgence and I felt very cared for and nurtured.
Every detail has been thought through down to the private shower rooms, personal choice of calming music and preferred essential oil blend, filtered water, herbal tea and organic truffle at the end of my treatment.

From the moment you book in, you will have a positive experience, on arrival, you will have a warm welcome, and this is just the beginning of the exceptional experience. I am hooked! All the team members are lovely, I am sure they are all 'hand picked'. Though, there is an exceptional standout practitioner - Jo Hand. If you want to feel your best self, consider wellness therapy with Jo. And although I don't generally like to have favourites, I do for my facial - thank you Emma! This was my first time visiting Lux Spa & Wellness, and boy it did not disappoint! I'm a regular at One Spa in Torquay, and I would go as far to say that this was equal if not a better experience! I had an hour massage and a half hour facial with Em and everything from start to finish was incredible.

Emma infused such a caring and conscious energy into my massage, which in result, created such a magical and deeply moving experience.

Furthermore, the overall technique used during my massage, the facilities, the ambiance and aromatherapies just elevated the whole journey too.
