The Lighthouse Tea Rooms

The best toasted sandwich my partner has ever eaten, and he is a toasted sandwich guy. It is his usual order and he wouldn't think much of lunch and picks the easy option.
It's not very often he says how enjoyable a toastie is.
Now I must buy some of this garlic oil the toasted sourdough was cooked with for my kitchen and I'll spend my days trying to re create the magic of The Lighthouse Tea Rooms toastie.
Anyway, decent prices, parking outside and nice outdoor rustic setting.

This place is situated very closely near to the split point lighthouse. And you must visit this tea room for delicious toasties and coffees. You will not regret it. The food is so good and delicious here. And the staff is super friendly and the service is amazing. The atmosphere of the tea rooms is super cozy and I love it. You can have a good time here while having your super delicious toast and a coffee.

Super cute location, like the short and sweet menu choice, nothing. Too fancy, yummy sandwiches to go perfectly with a good cup of coffee or tea. Loved the scones and loved the flowering, well maintained gardens even more. Great atmosphe.

The place is adorable! Good quality coffee, friendly staff, cozy indoors or outdoors, it’s nice choice to sit and enjoy a breaky. Easy to find parking. Prices are very reasonable. Stunning views to the ocean from the lighthouse, which is literally, a few steps from the cafe.

Very nice location with beautiful scenery as it’s right by the lighthouse. They have a lot of toasties and drinks available. The outdoor sitting is super lovely. Pretty good prices in my opinion. Good amount of parking here, along with a parking lot down the street. Happy to have stopped here.

Handy location on the road to the lighthouse. Covid-19 compliant. Outside seating only when we were there. Tucked away near lighthouse. We were spoilt with great weather and great food. Toasties are brilliant. Milkshakes were full of flavour. Pet friendly.

These guys are awesome, nice and kind. The cheaf is very friendly. I like the warm vibe of the wooden inside. Plenty of space outside makes it easy to find a place to seat. The beacon and eggs was very delicious and special with the touch of garlic sauce and sea salt on top. Also the brownee comes with an scoop of ice cream.

Dropped in here for lunch after walking from Anglesea and had a very pleasant experience sitting in the outside area. Ordered the scones which were fresh tasting with good whipped cream and jam. Friends ordered the Ruben Sandwich which was huge and looked delicious. Staff were efficient and friendly. Overall vibe and surrounds were nice on a warm day.

This place is great! It's a very cute, country cafe. Exactly what you want in regional Victoria. I am a guide and regularly bring guests here on our GOR trips... everyone loves it. I'm super grateful for the awesome team who are always friendly and super helpful: THANK YOU!

Awesome toasties, scones and coffees. This is a perfect little gem of a cafe. Service and staff are super friendly and top points their. They have really clear arrangements on COVID restrictions and managing customers.

Definitely order a Roast Beef toastie or the classic when there!

Spring/Summer is the best time to go. Wonderful service and amazing scones. Probably the best combo of cream and jam (with scones) I've had in a long time

You might think it’d get really busy on a Saturday before midday but it was actually fine, ordered within 10 minutes, got a seat and served within 20 mins.

We ordered bacon and egg toastie as well as Ruben toastie, both were crunchy and delicious. Good ratio of cheese to meat.

To satisfy our sweet tooth, we took away carrot cake and almond croissant. The cake was topped with pistachios and filled with walnut and sultanas, would recommend it. Almond croissant was delicious too, though wouldn’t mind more fillings.

The prices are decent considering the location.

Stopped by the cafe for a warm drink and a quick lunch today. I love the lovely seaside vibe of this beautiful tea room/cafe and the loose leaf chai I had was delicious! We had a delicious ham and cheese toastie with relish (I would buy that relish if they sold it in a jar!) and a chicken, Brie and Camembert toastie which was equally tasty! Service was quick and friendly. During the COVID-19 times, they kept the service and serving very well structured and quick. We were still allowed to sit outside whilst practicing good social distancing. I nearly had the scones, they looked amazing but the almond croissant was yummy! I loved the interior of this cafe and took many photos as it was so lovely and cosy. The toasties were savoured too quickly to capture a photo! Some polarising reviews on here so far but we honestly had a genuinely lovely experience here.
