I visited Petorium shortly after adopting my Flemish Giant rabbit, Prince. The staff were incredibly helpful directing me towards the things I'd need to care for him properly. I was able to find the suitable cage size for him. The pro-tip is to put cat litter in a tray in a corner of the rabbit's cage for them to use as a toilet - I wouldn't have been able to toilet train Prince without your help! Thank you so much!

I came to Petorium yesterday to purchase a particular brand of frozen raw cat food that the brand said they had in stock.
The one staff member there was busy talking to customers when I walked in so I wandered around, having a look but couldn’t find what I was after.
I was waiting for the staff member to finish up with the other customers but after ten minutes of listening to them discuss their experiences with different dog breeds (from what I could tell, this was not related to any purchase they were going to make, it was just general chit chat), I decided that ten minutes of clearly waiting for the staff member was enough and started to walk out the door.
It was only then that the staff member finally acknowledged I was there by saying ‘oh I’ll be with you in just a moment’ to which I replied ‘no thanks’ and left.
I don’t mind having to wait a little as a customer is being served but being plainly ignored and forced to wait ten minutes while they have a social chat is poor customer service and just plain rude.
Who knows how much longer I’d have waited? Their conversation wasn’t finishing up as I left.
I’ll definitely not be returning.
