My store experience is always amazing especially when you bought something you like in a reasonable price comparing to othet store. Anyhow - salute to the staff for keeping up with the impatience we all bring everyday. If you ever need something the staff are always happy to help you even during peak times, they will still get back to you while million other people also ask for assistance. This place we're equip with just about everything you needs in regards with office & school supplies and among other things Staff are approachable very attentive yet maintain their professionalism. This place is a gem in my opinion. Highly recommended..

Big thanks to the awesome team member who assisted me in getting a laptop for my daughter's school next year! They made it super straightforward and explained everything in a way that was easy for me, a non-tech savvy person, to understand. I snagged the laptop at a fantastic price, and I'm genuinely thrilled with my purchase. Special shout-out to the kind-hearted team member who really understood my situation. Much appreciation!

The store experience is a lot better - kudos to the staff for keeping up with the impatience we all bring everyday. The spatial awareness from the community is horrendous. Entrance doors, is big enough for someone to enter or exit but exiting/entering people like to exit like royalty. Even through the tight walkways, groups of two or more can parade like there isn't a world around them at all. Anywhos, if you ever need something the staff are always happy to help every during peak times, they will still get back to you while million other people also ask for their assistance.

Today I came in to get photo copy’s, print outs and a picture in a really specific size Fifi was so helpful and got me in and out in five minutes best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time

Had 3 different click and collect orders in the last week. Planning an event; super fast, friendly and attentive customer service. Barely waited to be served and both young man and older lady were really nice.

I went there on Tuesday, 25th October 2022. Just wanted to appreciate the girl who was working there. She helped me with printing 2X2 inch passport photograph. She was very helpful and courteous. Wishing her best of luck in life. Thanks Again!

Roshni was there to help me with the self service kiosk as the lady at the print and photocopy counter was busy speaking to one of her colleagues. Roshni approached me and ask to service me by going above and beyond she didn’t need to do it but she did. Maybe your other staff need to learn from her. What customers service is. I gave 5 star to Roshni for her customer service skills.

I have been a regular customer of Officeworks, Epping since 2019. The store is very well stocked and has a great range to choose from. I get printing of my documents and photos done here and also shop for stationery and miscellaneous products. Two years ago, I bought a Samsung Galaxy S20 at a competitive price. Bara is a friendly, efficient and capable Manager and leads a good team of courteous, helpful and efficient team members, namely Roshni, Dhiraj, Jasmine, Vittoria, Chelsea, Laya, Shaun and Ahmet. I had a persistent technical issue with my mobile phone. I tried unsuccessfully to have it resolved at several phone outlets. In early December 2022, I went to the Epping store and spoke to Bara about it. She assigned Dhiraj to assist me. He worked on my mobile phone and resolved the technical issue. It now works exceedingly well. Dhiraj is a technical wizard! Special thanks to Bara and Dhiraj. Keep up the good work, Team Epping.

Ran in right before they closed, with a random list of items needed. The young (Turkish??) guy I approached from staff was amazing. He covered all my questions, found every item I needed, ran up and down ladders, and really saved the day!! Even gave me much needed advice in concerns with projectors and tvs!! Thanks to the awesome, friendly, and helpful staff at this store.

Wonderful service from Ahmed. He reprinted my self serve photos after they came out with lines over them even though it was close to closing time. Quick and efficient service. Thank you very much for your kindness.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. Jake saved my life... my laptop died on me whilst writing a cover letter for a new employment path. Jake helped me to find the right charger for my laptop and even plugged it in to check it worked for me. Jake you are an angel!

Don't normally leave reviews but this store has provided me with efficient and quality customer service on many occasions. Amidst this pandemic, I've had to order click and collect 3 times and every time, I've had prompt collection with my order being ready in less than half the recommended collection time! I'm very impressed, keep up the good work :)

Just want to compliment your staff, especially Theodore, for your work. It was busy on a beautiful Sunday, and there were quite a few impatient people. But we can see that your staff are doing the best they can. Keep up the good work.

Stores are closed due to covid, but employees are doing their best under the conditions. This evening, the girl at the entrance door showed me how to order online C&C and even double-checked if they had my items in stock so I could have them right away in 5-15minutes. It was quite beneficial.

Basheer was so helpful and knowledgeable . He literally spoke to us about a printer and several other customers and all 3 of us walked out with a 300.00 printer each and are very happy with what he recommended. Really great service.

We made a mistake in ordering the wrong item. The manager on shift today, the person who greeted us and Ahmed were very friendly, honest and helpful. Thanks guys! Keep it up!
