Coles Stud Park

I had an excellent time at this Coles, the employee Aiden who was a young tall boy was very kind and helpful towards me. We need more employees like him, he treated with a lovely casual chat but was also extremely helpful in helping me understand.

Coles at Stud Park Shopping Centre is a good Store that is usually well stocked and clean. The Meat Department is average as Meat is not well cut or displayed. Fruit and Vegetables are average compared to the Independent operator in this Centre where their overall Produce is always fresher. I do not like all the self service Checkouts and you really have to wait to have your shop put through by a staff member. If they want us to checkout ourselves give us a discount for doing their job !!!! Otherwise open more serving checkouts.

Thus is a huge store. More updated and looks fresh. It has more varieties of goods than some other stores.

Staffs are always helpful and friendly especially those who are at their younger ages. A good local store adterall.

Always kept neat, good layout, well stocked and friendly staff. Like many other major supermarkets it can get very busy on weekends and peak times but the queues get through pretty quick and people are generally courteous here. There's always staff floating around at the self-checkouts as well.

Good quality products at good prices and happy staff. Better than the others. Well laid out store makes shopping quick, especially if you only want a few things you can find the aisle you need quickly. The roast chickens are done to perfection. Always plenty of helpful staff. Bakery and deli are also top notch.

Best coles I have ever been to. It is incredibly neat and well stocked with a huge variety. Staff are always well dressed and polite love going here

Nice and convenient, located on the edge of stud park. Great for buying your groceries and even just quickly popping in to grab some bread.

Very clean and good customer service. A girl name sienna served me, and she was very nice, and had very good customer service.

Guess I know what store to go to if needed something hard to get in other smaller stores

Checkout operator, Marlene, deserves a special commendation.
She consistitently provides friendly, efficient service always with a cheerful smile. My husband and I both have bad backs and cannot cope with heavy bags.
Marlene makes sure that we can manage the bags and does her best to pack our shopping in a manner that we can cope with.
It's a delight to be served by Marlene, and we've noticed that there are other customers who also appreciate Marlene's service and sense of humour.

On Friday, October 14th around 4pm my sister-in-law and I had a lovely experience with an employee of Coles Stud Park. Her name was Chloe. Firstly we asked another employee in the store, a grumpy man, if he could slice our loaf of Laurent sour dough bread. He said No and said there is a self serve slicing machine with instructions and walked away, no smile. Quite rude. We are both seniors and couldn't quite understand how to work the machine. Along comes Chloe, pushing a trolley and looking busy. We asked her could she spare a moment? She was sooooo helpful. She was very hygienic and gloved up and told us how safe it was as it locked. She explained everything and how to rebag the bread. We now know exactly what to do. Well done Chloe, thank you.

Was recently served by a young lady named Kayla last Saturday and she was so respectful, polite and friendly at the checkout. She was so helpful and was incredibly efficient and effective, her positive attitude is just what we need it such difficult times like this. The company should be very proud of this young lady. Had a wonderful experience and will be returning soon. :)

Absolutely love this store the staff are so respectful and polite. Their Manager Mark is outstanding, I only shop at this store. I was there last week and i was looking for a magazine that was not available on the shelf, Mark requested one of his staff to look in the store at the back to see if there were any more available and the lovely lady he asked readily got me one copy. I have never seen such amazing team work and such good service in any other store.

Good experience today, checkout chic was most helpful and I found everything I wanted to purchase. Noticed that prices are on the rise most purchases seem to be rounded to the dollar or 50 cents.

The store was very clean, there was easy access to hand sanitiser and sanitised wipes. The staff were very friendly and polite.

With the use of the shopping list function in the Coles app it was very easy to navigate around the store to find the item's I wanted and exit the store quickly.
