She dealt with Natalie who she said was terrific and couldn't be more helpful and went out of her way to help her . 5 star.

New location in bayside. Nice and big, they have an indoor part where you can play basketball and soccer. Friendly staff ready to help

I came into store yesterday looking for a new pair of gym shoes and had a lovely young man named Declan assist me in picking out the perfect pair! He was very helpful and helped me get exactly what I was looking for.

I never leave reviews but after my experience with the team at rebel in Frankston I felt obliged to. I put through a late online order within an hour of close. The brilliant staff called me a few minutes before close as I wasn’t far away, I arrived 5 minutes after close as the staff were walking out and the team still made sure I received my order. I felt extremely valued as a customer. Big thank you to the staff 👍👍👍👍

Purchased a cricket bat grip and the wonderful staff member fitted on the spot and free of charge. Good old fashioned service.

Had an awesome experience over several weeks selecting some new runners. Had the same guy serve me each time, who really new the products and was very patient working out what as right for me including swapping the ones I’d originally purchased to the next size down. While I was there I noticed some previous model basketball boots reduced by around $200 and scored them too. Can’t speak highly enough of the knowledge and assistance.

We visited the store on a 'specials' day and it was pretty busy. However the staff were all great and particularly the staff member who helped us with the purchase of Activity Trackers. She was polite, friendly band had good product knowledge. All told a very good experience.

I recently needed to exchange a pair of runners I ordered online that were too small. The staff were very friendly and helpful and it was an easy hassle free exchange! Their Covid-19 measures in place were exceptional, one of the best I've seen in any store that I've had to visit during these strange times.

Great customer service. In and out in 2 minutes. Came in looking for an appropriate whistle, as I'm coaching in multiple sports this year. The employee took me there very quickly, and gave me great advice, for a fairly cheap whistle, that'll last a decent amount of time, and are used by the professional referee's in the sports!

First we rang the store and was greeted by Vanessa,whom was very helpful over to he phone so I that was enticing us to visit the Frankston store.

Now we are in the store greeted by Chelsea, and if this very polite young sales rep is anything to go by then rebel know how to impower their staff.
Chelsea spent the time to allow all of us to try on the goggles, to see if we were happy with the product.

In my book customer service is everything and when they have product this is the icing on the cake.
