Incredible hardware store with fantastic range of hardware needs and outdoor and yard products. Everything from ride on lawn mowers Bournemouth 2 packets of seed and outdoor furniture 2 packets of Niles. Almost everything you could want for hardware and yard products.
Kind of like an enormous Disneyland for people who are into that sort of thing.

The crew at this store are incredibly professional, approachable, helpful and knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to walk into a Bunnings and to have assistance not just given, but OFFERED by friendly staff who know their stuff.

Firstly, at the plumbing section where a crew member saw me with my old washing machine hose and directed me to the relevant section with a smile, and secondly in the paint section where the crew member was able to provide me useful advice on a niche query.
At the checkout when a staff member wasn’t confident to identify some small I tagged bits and bobs, they were able to send another staff member to the aisle use a system to quickly identify the items and remotely transfer the info to the checkout without inconveniencing other waiting shoppers.
The greeter also handled a request from a rude customer with grace and ensured that even he was well looked after.
I’m so impressed.

I went into Bunnings Frankston to get wood for an outdoor cat enclosure. I was dreading it a bit because I didn't feel entirely confident with my plans as well as getting the right wood and measurements. Enter Kat who I met in the timber department. She was extremely helpful, gave me some useful suggestions and also made me laugh. Kat went above and beyond and I didn't feel rushed. I really appreciated her help and left feeling more confident about the project.

I would like to thank you again for helping me resolve my issue, which I thought was no longer possible. The polite girl at the information desk helped me with everything. I really like the staff that works here. Always polite, experienced, patient, ready to help with your choice or with any of your questions.

Got all the help I needed from John. He helped us find the right material for our Christmas project. And also gave us his personal opinion which was a better result. He knew where were all the things in each aisle.

Over the years have been served several times by Steve in the garden power tools area. He really knows his stuff and he never sells you higher or lower level product than what you need. If you explain to him, what you’re trying to accomplish, he will point you to the right tool. Most of the tools that I’ve purchased have been Ozito - the most recent was last week. I needed to get the house ready for sale and purchased an Ozito cordless mower and 4-in-1 garden combo tool including line trimmer, pole chainsaw, etc. Both kits with batteries, very happy with the purchases and the results. A few years ago I bought an AEG hedge trimmer and he tried to steer me to a cheaper model. He was right. The hedge trimmer is awesome but for my small garden I don’t need a tradie level tool - Ryobi or similar would have been fine, which he told me at the time. Well done Steve and keep up the great work.

Looked for accessory for a Dyson 4DD Animal vacuum cleaner yesterday.
The young man at the entrance was very helpful in directing us to the exact isle; staff on the isle were very friendly, helpful and referred us by direction to Special orders as what we required needed to be ordered in. A big thank you to Meg at Special orders who was multi tasking by herself at the time and yet remained calm and patient, while serving us,; professional and clarifying each step along the way to us while looking up the accessory online and letting us know the follow up procedure.

Just been into paint shop before close, lady was very helpful and kind. Staff are always happy to help at this Bunnings.

I went in today to the special orders desk and was served by Sophie. I came in to order a custom door, door jamb and sidelight. I was extremely impressed by Sophie’s knowledge, politeness and how much she went above and Beyond to help me with this order.

Thanks to Richard in the paint section for being very helpful and patient with me on a busy Sunday morning while purchasing paint for the first time. Good advice and friendly.

Very helpful staff, have a good personality when asked a question they have slightly more stock than carrum downs.
The Frankston Bunnings team is kind and knowledgeable.

I hired a Van, the original Van was damaged & the second one 45 minutes late. No fault of staff. Girl at hire desk keeped me informed of what was going on, & assistant Manager surprisingly gave me a gift voucher.I can not fault staff , the girls were exceptional & the Gift Voucher was above & beyond. A very warm welcome to a New & loyal Bunnings customer.

Had such a great experience at Frankston Bunnings recently and would really love to share it! Always love a good browse through the plant section and happened to bump into one of the workers, Patsi. She is an enthusiastic, helpful and incredibly friendly person and Bunnings is SOOO lucky to have such a knowledgeable and hard worker. Will be a regular based solely on this visit. Thank you Patsi.
