Anaconda Frankston

Last Friday before the long weekend we had to put up a large sun shelter approximately 6mx3m. We were having a lot of difficulty. Rang the store the manager Matt sent Luke out to assist. Luke determined that a piece was missing, returned with a brand new frame and proceeded to help set it up! Outstanding customer service from Matt and the manager, Luke left at about noon, needless to say on a Friday and losing a staff member for 2 hours, surpasoany expectations.

Plenty of stock for the snow season and when they didn't have the right size on display the team were great at bringing more from the store area.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM ANACONDA FRANKSTON STAFF!!! Thank you so much for all your help. We bought on Facebook market a 2 burner for $10 and thought it was an absolute steal, that is until we realised that we needed a specialised part. We went to Bunnings and they had no idea what we needed, we went to BCF and unfortunately they also had no idea what type of piece we needed. With absolutely no hope, we thought let’s try out Anaconda as a last resort. Which we then met Matt (the store manager) he was so full of knowledge, and knew exactly the piece we needed. Absolute wizard! He went to the back, and found a couple pieces that might work… he came back, educated us on how a 2 burner works… he worked his magic… and VOILA!!! we found the missing piece to finally have our 2 burner connect up to a gas bottle. Could not be any more happier. Amazing service. Thank you Matt and team down at Anaconda Frankston, you guys are great! Keep up the good work.

Steve went above and beyond to help my buy a beach wagon! I so appreciate good customer service and I get it every time I come to this store. Steve is the best!

We were assisted by Jack (Year 10 student) today in the fishing department. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He was under the pump due to very few staff on and he was great!

I bought a pair of hiking boots yesterday from Anaconda Frankston after ringing ahead to make sure the sizes i wanted to try on were available. I was so pleased that Rachael went to the storage area located them and put them at the front counter for me to try .. great service and prices. Thank you.

Fantastic service today from Jack. Returning with a unused companion hot water service- hose not fitting correctly. He quickly assessed the problem, good product knowledge, practical solution- he went+ got me a replacement hose. No argy bargy, just common sense. Not all retail workers do this. Jack is a fixer. Well done+ thanks Jack.

Amazing service from Rachel when trying to buy some boots for hiking in snow. Almost bought the totally wrong type. The store was very busy but she still patiently took the time to explain what I needed and help me find the right shoe at my budget.

I came out this store super happy and joyful. It was a few minutes before 5pm when they were closing and i asked the kind staff members Harley and Flynn if i could come out the entrance as it was easier to. They said “of course, but only if you aren’t stealing” whilst having a little giggle. I loved that the staff were comfortable enough to have a joke with me as well as going out of their way to help me. This is how all stores should treat their costumers. I will always come back here as it is a fun loving store with terrific staff.

Extreanly happy with past and continued experience. Staff there are always willing to assist even after I placed a click and collect for a Zoleo satellite communicstor that was not ready given it was before Easter and they are closed tomorrow they went out for their way to assist us. Always a pleasure shopping at Anaconda Frankston.

The staff at Anaconda Frankston always go out of their way to make your experience the best and easiest possible. They are extremely knowledgeable and always happy to help. I recently went in looking for replacement poles for a swag and the kind staff member working in the camping section came back in seconds with the right poles and even gave them to me for free.
I would highly recommend this store, especially for people like me who need a bit of help when it comes to outdoor equipment.

Steve was very understanding and friendly when I wanted to return the self inflating mattresses.

Today I went to exchange a pair of shoes - an easy task. They didn't have the size of asked for and a sales assistant named Ian offered to help me select something similar, in the right size. He was knowledgeable about size and fitting and conveyed his knowledge respectfully and with kindness. Before today I felt neutral about Anaconda but the effort 3 staff members went through to ensure I left with what I wanted and needed was above and beyond. I'm now their loyal customer.

Great store, great offers, and I must say most of all great customer service. Very lovely lady (was unable to get her name) who served us with utmost patience.

Visited on a Friday evening just before closing time with a big list of items to find and very little knowledge on products. The staff member who assisted was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to show me around and help with product selection. Highly recommended!
