The kind doctor gave me very constructive advice about my situation and provided me with several different kinds of advice, very helpful and it answered my worries about my condition, definitely worth to come and visit if you need support.

The staff are so knowledgeable and friendly, from the pharmacists to the other staff, and in particular Jalen (apologies if spelled wrong!) who always has such a friendly disposition, and is always ready to help.

The hours of opening of this chemist makes the place super convenient. Parking is easy - which is rare in this area.

They are well stocked with prescription medication and if something is not available, they can mostly get it next business day.

They work well with the GP upstairs as well for a seamless telehealth service.

This has been a good chemist and they usually have what I want and if not it would be there the next day. The staff are usually helpful and now that this is open till midnight has made it all the better. Great for those parent with children who require medicines urgently and it's local.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but when I get excellent service like from TerryWhite’s staff I can’t just walk away without appreciating. Store arrangement is clean and easy to find what you need plus price is labeled clearly. Alex is particularly helpful! She is friendly and will give you great advice. Thank you guys. I had to get urgent medicine at 10.30pm I’m so happy they were still open. There is nothing else open around here. It’s so handy! The young lady who served me at the counter was very friendly and nice.

I have always had great service here, on one occasion pharmacist immediately recommended a cream for a skin rash that cleared it up within three days. Counter staff have always been friendly.

I went there many times and always enjoyed the experience. The staff are nice and always come to offer help if you seem to need it.
