Longview Vineyard

We stayed there just for 1 night, but it was such an amazing stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful..they even made up a platter for us to take to our room because we were hungry, but not too hungry at the time we did our wine tasting. The room was perfect and was overlooking the vineyard. It was a really cold day so they had the room at a perfect temp on our arrival. They had an event on in the function centre, and even though the centre is quite close to the rooms, we didn't hear a peep!
The room had everything we needed! French press coffee, milk (including plant based!), butter, and so much more. Breakfast provisions were a lovely added touch, so we made bacon and eggs with what was leftover from our platter. We have already decided we are coming back again! Thank you to the whole team for making this such an enjoyable night away

Love everything about Longview, The breakfast provisions were more than enough. The meal at the Wedding was outstanding. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Only one small thing maybe some Ice Cubes in fridge would be nice. We were in Unit3 the step lights were not working when we returned to our room after wedding.

Wow! Amazing location, great wines, wonderful accommodation. We were there for our son’s wedding! Just fantastic. Staff were wonderful, great food, and lovely reception rooms. Highly recommend a stay, as the area is filled with other local delights.

Longview Vineyard was a wonderful place to stay. The rooms have everything you need, including an amazing view over the vineyard. Kangaroos close by just added to the ambience. Breakfast was supplied. The food was tasty, and the amount provided was generous. Staying so close to a day spa and tasting rooms added to the stay. I totally enjoyed my stay. I hope to return regularly.

What an incredible place this is! We had the most delicous lunch, the food paired so nicely with the wines, which were all so delicious. I cannot wait to enjoy the Nebbiolo I purchased with my family soon, it was unreal. I also loved the chardonnay but they were all good. I will definitely be back, thank you so much for an amazing time.

Staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was amazing in the cellar door (chefs selection course), full of flavour and paired very well with the wine tasting. Accommodation was great, peaceful with beautiful view of the Vineyard, followed by a massage in the Day Spa the next morning. Left feeling very relaxed and happy 😊

We chose Feed me menu and the options were varied and filling . The wine tasting was great to match meal courses. The explanation of the wines was very knowledgeable. Service was exceptional. The scenic surroundings beautiful.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! From the amazing service, to our incredible and delicious ‘feed me’ lunch in the cellar door paired with amazing wine, to the spa room overlooking the stunning vines, to the luxury body treatment at Longview Spa - we did it all and trust me when I say you will not regret it!!!! It has been absolutely worth every penny and we will be back! Thank you Longview for the most amazing staycay!

Nestled in amongst the Adelaide Hills at Macclesfield this winery offers both a high quality winery experience and great secluded accommodation. Innovative and modern, their extensive selection of both traditional and alternative wines is a sensory pleasure. For me they are one of the best Nebbiolo producers in Australia. They also offer delicious food offerings to match the assortment of wines. Well worth a visit, just watch out where the iphone map takes you! (We ended up amongst the vines almost.) I would highly recommend.

Our Longview Wedding was made so much easier than we expected with the help of Callie's catch ups beforehand. Planning from interstate was a breeze and Callie's ongoing guidance, and she really made us feel we were with a safe pair of hands!

Our guests loved the venue and all the special touches arranged for us. The food and wine was delicious, and obviously the long views were incredible (even in winter!)

One of the best accommodations in South Australia. We stayed at the Lodge (4 BR) and it’s just perfect. The view, the rooms with ensuites attached, the outdoor deck and the cellar are really great. Would love to come back.

We stayed in the Shiraz and Pinot rooms, they were absolutely beautiful with amazing views. All breakfast foods were stocked and anything we needed was quickly brought to us. All staff were lovely including dealing with my multiple phone calls just to organize the booking. Josh looked after us for most of our stay including lunch and a wine tasting and made us feel like the only guests there, he was very informative while also making it fun. The day spa is also a must do, so relaxing!

Booked via Amazing Co and they didn't really provide an option for dinner - however the day was saved by Josh. Not only was Josh immensely knowledgeable in his wines, but he helped us out by organising a cheeky pasta dish for us that tasted incredible. He worked with us to provide a solution to something that really wasn't the winery's problem - the sign of incredible customer service. He also told us some funny stories about pasta names. Absolutely legend.

In terms of Longview, the room was great and the environment was beautiful. Will be back for sure.

Booked massages for my sisters & myself and WOW! The staff were so incredibly lovely and welcoming. From the moment you walk in you start feeling relaxed. They have set the mood beautifully with a comfy sun room looking over vineyard, soft music and herbal tea and drinks on offer.
Massage was amazing! I went with the ‘Purified’ and it was sublime!
Located off a dirt road away from the hustle & bustle of the day it is a perfect setting for relaxing and unwinding. Will DEFINITELY be going back and also keen to try out the accommodation on offer.

We absolutely cannot fault Longview for our recent experience. We would recommend to anyone wanting a venue to get married to consider Longview. Our experience from start to finish was simply spectacular. We cannot thank Callie (the wedding coordinator) and her team enough for the care, time and energy they put into our special day. Everyone was so warm and friendly, and no request was too hard. Callie is such an asset to Longview and made our day so stress free. We had a great experience at Longview. The view is stunning. Even though there was a slight technology hiccup with the spa booking online, the way the staff handled the problem has made us feel valued. My husband has enjoyed a relaxed birthday retreat at your facility. We will definitely recommend your facility to friends and family. We will be coming back. Thank you for your great service.

I recently went to the day spa at Longview with my sisters. The staff were so nice, lovely and accommodating. The view was absolutely beautiful and the atmosphere was extremely tranquil and relaxing. 10/10 would recommend to groups, couples or even solo. I will definitely be booking in again!
