The fried ice cream was a delightful combination of flavors and textures! It boasted vanilla ice cream enveloped in a crispy, delicate egg roll wrapper, resting on a bed of toasted coconut shavings, drizzled with caramel, and accompanied by a side of sweet and succulent jackfruit.

I have been around the world visiting many restaurants, including Vietnam, and I can say this restaurant offers authentic traditional Vietnamese delight. The owner is a young man that knows how to please his customers.
10/10, and no shortage of chillies here! Where other restaurants fail to provide fresh hot chillies, he gives in abundance. 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾🙌

V Bites Bankstown is absolutely underrated little hot spot. After my first visit, I've returned many a times. Their dishes are delicious, fresh and addictive. From the very flavourful soup broth to their lightly seasoned meat and vegies within their noodle soup and rice dishes! Not to mention their desserts are just so tasty 😋 Affordable, fast and friendly team definitely worth a visit.

Very nice setting with tasty food. We ordered a pho and it was very comforting and generous ingredients. We'll come again.

The little Vietnamese restaurant is located at the main street of the Bankstown near Westpac branch. The place is very clean and tidy, and has a variety of food selections. The crispy pork chop with rice, grilled pork with rice noodles soup and special beef rice noodles are very popular. This is another Vietnamese town rapidly growing these few years rather than Cabematta around the west area. The shop has many different type of chilli sauces like sweet chili, fresh chilli, chilli with shrimp paste and shriracha. Nice to try.

Bankstown's little gem. On weekday late afternoon, when other Vietnamese restaurants are pretty empty, this place has nearly all of its tables occupied. There are takeaway orders occasionnally.

Food come quick after placing order. Warm soft noodle is covered by fresh variety of veggies such as mints, cucumber and carrot. I ordered "the lot" so my noodle salad bowl has beef slices, spring rolls and sausages. This dish is accompanied by a tiny bowl of dipping sauce which is slightly sweet.

I absolutely enjoy this dish and the efficient service and happy to give this restaurant a five star.

Friendly staff and REALLY good food for a reasonable price! The "Vietnamese combination noodle salad bowl" with the lot (17F) was absolutely delicious and pretty cheap for what you get. Even held up well after a pretty long walk home!

Good authentic flavours and lovely staff.
Food is excellent, esp the Bún bò Huế. Ask for extra chilli if you like strong flavour of lemongrass. Highly recommended!

Great food at great prices.

We dropped in for lunch and had the canh chua (sour soup) with fish, bo luc lac (shakey beef) and rau muong ( morning glory).
All were amazing, the sour soup in particular was a stand out! The soup was full of flavour and the fish was fresh and beautiful.

The food is super delicious!!!!! Sooooo yummy and the portion is really big as well. 4 of us ordered 4 different dishes and shared, so we got to try all 4 dishes, sooooooo goooood! Will definitely coming back to get more food and take more friends here!

Quick and delicious Vietnamese food. The service was very friendly and had good suggestions. We had the rice paper rolls with pork and prawn and tapioca rolls with banana leaf which were delicious! We were told they were the only place that sells them.

They only take cash or you can withdraw some from an ATM around the corner.

They have the best BBH in town in my opinion. Good pricing too, lots of topping not just a few pieces of beef and pork like other places.

Went for brunch this morning. Service quick and efficient. Had a traditional Bun Bo Hue with pork knuckles and a seafood version with fish, squid, prawn and mussell - yum soup.

Excellent service and a scrumptious Bun Bo Hue! VBites serves a large piping hot bowl of its signature spicy beef noodle soup, complete with a good serving of sausage, beef and even pork bones. For $13, the bowl looks deceptively small.. It couldve fed two people.

One of my favourite Vietnamese places in Sydney! From pho to seafood hotpot to tapioca dumplings, I can always count on Vbites for incredible flavours of Vietnam, huge portions and delicious drinks.
