I wanted to pay $500 for a t-shirt. They didn't have a $500 T-shirt. Just surprisingly good quality for less. This is ridiculous. How am I supposed to flex on CK wearing Chads? I can't wear a $200 Gucci T-shirt when dudes are wearing $179.95 CK shirts. Everyone knows that you need to have something atleast 3 times more expensive than a CK wearers clothes to destroy their ego. Not happy. I had to go to Bvlgari for my $500 shirt

Ordered a $1200 pair of shoes online and received a delivery experience beneath a high street retailer. No communication, no redirection service, no ability to leave unattended, no card left, and never actually came on the organized redelivery. Lift your game GUCCI.

Bought sunglasses as a present to myself almost $1,000 and for over a month now I have been able to get a case for them! TERRIBLE customer service! I own a few Gucci pieces but never again! Cheap service cheapen the products! Imagine selling glasses around $1,000 and not being able to provide a standard case for them. RIDICULOUS! And zero help from staff or “head office”!

Gucci is the worst luxury shopping group and I had a nightmare online shopping experience here. I've bought two items online and sent them back. I called 3 times for a refund and was advised that it will take up to 10 (!) business days to get my money back. I've called on day 10 and Gucci advised that both refunds have just been processed. After waiting for a another week, I only received one refund. The Gucci representative told me that Gucci never charged me for the first order. So, according to them, they sent me the shoes without receiving payment from me, which was not true. I've sent them a proof of paypay account showing that I was charged these amounts. Now I am waiting for them to "investigate" which will probably will take another few weeks and a few phone calls wasting my time. Don't buy online from Gucci. If you want Gucci products get them from other websites.

I have never experienced such poor service. We paid express delivery 9 days ago and still have not received our product. You would think an organisation like Gucci would use a reliable delivery service. The birthday that this gift was for has now passed and we still have no gift!

Purchased a gift for Christmas and sent incorrect item. Exchanging and dealing with head office was a nightmare no one returned emails and if they did they were rude. Plenty other designer brands with better customer service so don't waste your time.

Can’t believe how rude and unprofessional the staff are in this Gucci shop. Unable to answer simple questions, rolling eyes, looking like they hated their job and just wanted to go home... I already had my eyes on a handbag and wanted to buy it but eventually left without buying due to their rudeness!!! I have bought from Louis Vuitton, Channel and Celine before never had this problem. Never set foot in this shop ever again.

The worst shopping experience in Westfield Gucci. Salesclerk No greeting,when I ask them some questions they even would like to ignore. Or just reply so fast and walk away go to chat with other workers.
One of salesclerks who with golden hair is nice.

Placed an online order through the website , safe to say I am highly disappointed especially with such a luxury brand, three week delay in my order which was such a shame as it was a gift for my partner. Belated birthday gift is an understatement

I ordered wallet for my wife, courier company lied that they tried to deliver which they never did, I attended pickup location they said they never received it, shop guy spoke to guy who received it he denied receiving it from courier company and when investigation started all of sudden package appeared, I refused to attend pickup shop as it would be my third trip and also concerns that item could have been replaced by fake item, I have requested for refund let’s see what Gucci has to say.

Very bad customer service, such a big brand but act like a scam... surprised on how unprofessional the products and employees are. Their whole system is very disappointing, stick with chanel, prada and other brands, they suck ass.

Well was about to buy a bag and a watch but looking at the reviews for customer service I'll rather pass and go to LV... costumer service IS A MUST !!! Specially if you are an average employer working to pay your bills!!!

Ordered a chicken burger, wasn't pleasant. Staff were very rude, and my large coke was flat. Will not be ordering from Gucci again.
