The meatballs are the best!!!! So obsessed I had to have it two nights in a row. Friendly service, beautiful rooms, great food. Amazing getaway trip

Live music available on Friday nights normally and they have some great talent here.

Great for a TGIF dinner with drinks or for a round of celebratory drinks and good eats for any occasion.

Pizzas are amazing. Great freshly baked stuff. Dough has a great texture and they have great toppings to go with

Went there for breakfast. The staff were polite and cheerful and the food was very good. The coffee was a decafe and was ok. Looked good but it wasnt strong enough. It always comes back to the bean and roasting.

Ducked in here at the nick of time to grab lunch before the kitchen closed and it was so good 👌🏽 after a day at the beach we enjoyed delightful margaritas and super tasty fresh food in this funky little establishment. Hopefully will be back for more cocktails, food and live music during our stay

Amazing! Great casual venue with terrific live music. The menu has a wide range of tapas style eats, pizza and main meals including specials. The hosts were incredible in looking after dietary requirements - seriously above and beyond! We'll be back!

Stayed the night and the only problem was I couldn't stay longer. The room was awesome. It opened out onto a lovely verandah and I wouldve loved to be able to chill out there but unfortunately I had to leave. I will definitely be staying again but next time I'll make it a weekend. The host Steve was great. Cheers

Awesome coffee, friendly service and dog friendly. Brilliant!

I always enjoy a Stone and Wood beer. To find their Cloud Catcher on tap here is a delight and it can be served in a NSW pint glass. One of the best on the menu is the beef ribs on wild rice and for the vegetarian feel try the delicious Blondie Pizza, it’s potatoes! All the pizzas are delicious. Service is always friendly and the coffee can’t be faulted.

Best scones on the mid north coast. Betty is the oldest surviving Old Bar resident at 91. She used to come to dances here in her younger day.

Food is absolutely delicious. Great atmosphere, Live music. Service is spot on
The Angel hair pasta, Arancini balls and an expresso Martini is my pick.

Hard to find anything critical to say about this place. Laid back. Epic flavour manipulation by some maestro in the kitchen. Rooms are edgy and very comfortable. Record selection for guests own record players is a novel touch. Live music in the bar while eating. My new favourite place.

Went to flow for dinner friday night with the family (grandparents and teenage children).

Great tapas and good portion sizes. The pizzas were fabulous too. Friendly helpful service with a good selection of drinks.

Good value for money.

Great atmosphere with a good vibe. The live music is a treat and something a little different. Great beers on top and the guy on the bar makes a bloody great margie! The pizza is also amazing!! Best pizza I’ve had in a while for sure!

Great venue good food good music what more do you need

Visited here for the first time on a Saturday night. As a vegan visiting the area I was so grateful to see that they had vegan options! The vegan pizza I had was delicious and the staff were super kind and helpful. My partner and I plan on going again before we go back to Sydney and this will be our new favourite place every time we visit! The vibe was super nice and chill.

My favourite coffee spot

We have eaten dinner at Flow Bar twice this week. Both times we have been wonderfully impressed. Our children say your margherita pizza is the best they have ever had.

Friday evening vibes were great with the live music playing.
