As we were about to head home, after ten days travelling and visiting, my wife was seeking some items. We had just found the department, when a senior lady assistant came over to help.
In five minutes, her years of evident experience, not just with "goods" but with chatting and setting customers at ease, saw us on our way. Lesson? Keep the older and wiser on board. They will be remembered.
