They can be short staffed at times resulting in longer waiting times, either for prescriptions or at the register, but I can't blame the staff :):)

New to Randwick and to Blooms The Chemist. Mathew and all his staff offer the most outstanding pharmaceutical service. Nothing is ever too much for them, always have a happy demeanour and however busy they are, treat all their clients courteously and respectfully. Well done, its a pleasure to enter your store.

I reside near East Gardens and frequently patronize a pharmacy with a name resembling Color Line. However, today's experience left me dissatisfied due to the pharmacist's rudeness and unprofessionalism. Acting on a friend's recommendation, I decided to visit Blooms Chemist in Randwick, where I encountered the exceptional service of pharmacist Matt. His assistance was not only helpful but also showcased his impressive knowledge and professionalism. Matt effortlessly handled multiple tasks in a pleasant manner, addressing my queries with expertise. I must also commend Mia and the rest of the staff for their excellent service. Blooms Chemist has won me over as a customer, and I extend my good wishes to Matt and the entire team for their outstanding efforts.

I've had the happy surprise of getting help from Jess, who has a startling knowledge of skincare ingredients and clearly explains how they work. Everything he's recommended has been GREAT (ie. a great non-greasy moisturiser for protecting against chlorine damage, a daily sunscreen that doesn't pill under makeup or irritate skin, even a good lip colour). He's like a kind of gem - knows his stuff, doesn't promise miracles etc, just explains stuff simply - and things work! He's simply ... great. V. thankful.

LOVE this chemist! All the staff are so attentive and sweet. I bought a children’s medicine that came with a sippy cup and the staff went above and beyond to assist. 👍

Great service, helpful staffs and stocker of varieties of good products. I highly recommend to get a Loyalty card which pays off better than any other Loyalty system I was in before.

Very good service and care. I visited this pharmacy twice while my child was in hospital, and was impressed with their polite service and advice. The gentleman who specialises in skincare was very helpful and offered samples, in which I was very thankful.

I was looking everywhere for the latest bivalent booster (BA.4/5) and found this chemist that actually had it in stock and offered online bookings. Matthew the friendly pharmacist was truly professional and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. He is a skilled artisan of the jab and it didn't hurt at all. Thank you so much.

I was very impressed by the general knowledge and efficiency of the staff in this chemist. It was clear that they were under pressure, however, the lady I was dealing with was so helpful. She had superb knowledge on the probiotics which I came in to get and although I had researched them beforehand, she knew more about them than I could ever find online. Although I've been here a few times before, I will definitely be making this my regular. A really hard working team, especially through pressure times on the frontline of a pandemic!

Beautiful pharmacy & more beautiful are the staff. They are always very enthusiastic, friendly, efficient helpful & make us the customers feel welcomed & understood. The service is great & will not hesitate to order things specially for the customers if they don't have something in the shop which usually takes only a day to order. They do compounding usually in 24hrs unless they have to order a special ingredient then 2 days. Easy access for large prams & wheel chairs. Pretty clean, well lit pharmacy. Visually very clear. Good skin care range. Professional services like sleep apnea, flu vaccination, sugar level testing, BP testing, diabetes. They do passport pictures especially little babies. I have seen some cute babies some as old as 4 weeks old. Oh yes also they do cosmetic with whitening called Smilelabs Randwick. The lady who does the whitening is lovely, beautiful, delightful & very caring & nurturing results are truly amazing & instant.

Imagine. 2020. A woman. Just wanting to get a non-hormonal form of contraception.
Nowhere stocks the copper IUD because society is broken and it's impossible for women to protect themselves from having children without using hormones or permanent methods.
After trying several chemists and unloading my woes, I'd almost given up. I walk over to the counter, shoulders hunched "I know these are hard to come by, but I thought I'd try my luck". The lovely man behind the prescriptions desk says "We always stock one, now you know where to go". My heart lights up. Finally. The long search and journey is over. You have made my day. Keep doing what you're doing.
