Thanks Michelle for your great friendly service. Nothing was too much. Rooms were large, clean and tidy and good price. Great views out the back and right next door to the club. Pool and BBQ with tables to use. Highly recommend.

Best motel iv stayed in on my road trip from Victoria to QLD and back. The staff are friendly and very helpful, there was no hassle with booking the room and to top it all, they have breakfast, all of this for really good price. They have WiFi and a pool. If you are travelling through NSW I highly recommend the Gloucester Country Lodge.

I wanted to visit Barrington Tops and there wasn't much decent accommodation any closer than Gloucester.
The Gloucester Country Lodge was the most economical and that matters to me more now that I'm retired.
The units are quite large with plenty of parking space out the front and a lovely view of the farm and the mountains from the comfortable chairs out on the back verandah.
The lodge is only 2 km from the centre of Gloucester in case you need to go to Woolies for some shopping, or the local pub for dinner.
The lodge has a swimming pool out in the open air, but if you want a spa or a sauna you will have to pay a whole lot more and go somewhere else.
The Gloucester golf club is right next door to the lodge and the bistro of the golf club is open from Wednesday through till Sunday, so you can pop in there for a beer or a wine and dinner without having to go into Gloucester itself.
Okay, the lodge does not have a large smart TV, so if you need your YouTube or Netflix then take your own device. Apart from that I thought it was a great place to stay and very economical.
If I need somewhere to stay in the area in the future I will definitely choose the Gloucester County Lodge again.

Good value motel with spacious clean rooms and solid walls helping to keep things quiet. Great view of the golf course and Barrington Tops from the rear sliding door.

The room was spacious and had a lovely view out the back door. There were chairs out the back to sit and enjoy the view. The fan helped to circulate the warm air from the heater throughout the room.
The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming.

Stayed for a couple of nights last week at this older style solid brick motel. The room was large, well equiped and very clean. Bedding was comfortable and linen was good quality. The weather was very hot and the air conditioner worked very well. Pricing was good value. Happy to recommend.

The location was great and has a beautiful view of the mountain. Room was excellent, very roomy ,clean and organize, Food can be ordered with in the premises for comfort, Sandy is very friendly and accommodating . Kent may be quite but he's also friendly. highly recommended

One of the best Motel that we have ever stayed. Beautiful handy location. Very courteous and humble staff. Clean and Tidy rooms / bedsheets / pillow covers. Spacious Room. Excellent BBQ facility and Swimming Pool. Can't ask for anything more for the price. Will surely visit again soon. Sandy (site Manager) is the most courteous Motel manager, you will ever meet.

We stayed there for 2 weeks, we were in Room 9, the bed was good, the room was clean and tidy, the staff were good, plenty of off street parking and is about 4 minutes out of town by car. There is a fridge and toaster and kettle in the room, by the pool there is also a BBQ.
We would be happy to stay there again A+

Amazing value ($151 per night) and excellent customer service.
Room 5: spacious with plenty of bench space, nice size tv, decent bathroom with great water pressure and beautiful view out over a paddock full of cows and the mountains! Old but fully functional split system heater, new microwave, toaster and kettle with basic supplies. Clean crisp sheets, but semi soft bed and soft pillows. BYO firm if needed.
Lovely country club next door with basic but decent food and beer selection and a fireplace.
Close to town but you need to drive.
Absolutely recommend this place for the price and convenience.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our coach Company from the Central Coast NSW, as we were touring tge local area.Good size rooms, clean & tidy with lovely views. Enjoyed a good cooked breakfast, Cercels, Fruit, yogurt, toast. Tea & Coffee. The pool was great on a warm day. Very helpful & friendly staff. We had a great stay.

What a great find. Set in a valley and backing onto mountains. This country accommodation is great. Lovely staff with great service. Rooms are big with queens and 2 singles.

After our last motel I wasn’t expecting much but I could easily have stayed a week here. The rooms are huge and spacious and not only do you have a front balcony but you have one overlooking the hills around the back. The room has a microwave, kettle and toaster etc. The price was $129 per night

beautiful motel right on the Buckets road on the south side of town. gorgeous views of the Buckets mountains. clean rooms, great value rates. extremely friendly staff/ owners. we send many of our customers to stay here when they come to get work done at Drifta. 👍😀
