Eat Fuh

Everyone knows you can tell a good pho from the first sip of the broth. I had a sip and it was all I needed.

You could tell it's been in the pot for a while, the star anise, cloves .... veggies. It was a taste for sore tongues.

The rest was standard, noods, basil, sprouts, mushies, the rest was also history. It was amazing. Pricey at $17 for a large but it was huge and wonderful. If I had a criticism. They could've given more chilli and hoisin sauce.

My partner in crime had a "vegan noodle salad" or bun chat. That was also amazing, the sauce was really flavourful and generous. The springers was also top shelf.

All in all for their vegan options they're hard to beat.

This lovely local gem served big dishes, lovely food and tasty treats. Go for the Fuh, it's perfectly balanced, very tasty and quite nutritious! The spring rolls are divine as well

Ordered the regular combination pho with the fam. Solid soup base. Stronger on the licorice side (star anise) if that's your jam. Also the tendons are cut rustic and portions are huge. Totally different from the status quo of tendon cuts/portions. Serving size is massive as well. I wasn't able to finish my bowl. But dad seemed to clean his large serving though.

Restaurant is bit towards the hipster side so lighting and mood towards that. Had the parentals with me and they had to shine their phone torches on the menu.

Ordering was a breeze through a web app scanned via a QR code. Again, not towards the technologically challenged.

Service was professional, prompt and they were attentive to our needs and requests.

Great pho if you’re searching for a relatively decent and traditional bowl of hot phot in the city. The Bo La Lot are pricey and tasty.

Always a good experience here. The food is well portioned and made with quality ingredients. It’s straight forward no frills and food focussed. A great local Vietnamese.

Delicious pho and laksa. Dumplings were incredibly average and can go without. They told us not to eat the banana leaf on the dumpling but I honestly think it's would've made it more palatable.

I would go back a 1000 times for the pho and laksa.

Eat Fuh Chatswood should be proud of the restaurant they have; fresh, exceptional food, great service and very affordable meals.

I had the pork crackling banh mi, and it was awesome! Perfect balance of flavours.
I also tried their pork rolls, and it tastes really good.

Delicious Vietnamese food. I have the Pho all the time and it's great. I get the rare beef with flank. We also get the rice paper rolls and beef in beetle leaf. Everything we've had is super yum. It's super close to our house so that's geographically a wonder. The photo is of us having eaten everything so you know it's good. Yummmmooooo.

Best Vietnamese noodles around potts point. The chicken fun noodle is one of my favourite during winter. It keeps your body warm.

So Yum!! Amazing vegan options! Had the pho and spring rolls, really good tofu and broth perfection! Partner had the chicken and prawn laksa and loved!

Outstanding experience. The staff is extremely skilled. They are very fast, very nice and the food is just exquisite. Hospitality is easy when done well. Congratulations to the owner(s) and the whole staff.

The best pho I have had! Amazingly fragrant, wholesome, filling and fresh ingredients. The service is very efficient and friendly and I love their rice paper rolls too! Would eat them every day if I could!

This place ticks all the boxes for a great Vietnamese restaurant. Not the best I have had but in my top 10 with nothing to complain about. Quick service of food and delicious pho. The pho, while good, was outshined by the crispy chicken.

Minor points - I would have preferred it if the pho was a bit hotter and a raw beef option for the pho. But overall, I had a delicious meal and am fully satisfied.

Love the food here, nice authentic Vietnamese food. Can get busy and seating outside isn't the greatest but overall very good food with quick service. Highly recommend if you are looking for a solid bowl of pho.

This place is my weekly lunch spot with my work colleagues. The beef pho is out of this world tasty. The beef salad always fresh, crisp and scrumptious, however give me a bowl of the white meat soup or salad any day of the week the flavours are so rich and the broth has depth of flavour.

One of my fav restaurants of all time. I eat here at least once a week. My go-to is the Beef Pho , but they also make an interesting Pork Meatball Bahn Mi. and great Vegan Pho if you're vegan.
