Nice venue, beautiful location, breakfast menu is great and lovely service.

As I live in the area I was looking for a venue to host a gathering of around 45 - 50 people for my wife's 40th Birthday and it really was an exquisite choice. The Kids were well entertained by all that Clontarf has to offer and the food, service and experience as a whole was brilliant and all our friends thoroughly enjoyed the day. Thanks to Christine and her team for a wonderful time, my wife was really happy with the choice.

The young staff are second to none. It's the easiest thing in the world to be 'nice' - but they're actually kind. Delicious burger dripped all over my hands it was so succulent, and I didn't mind a whit. It was also so hefty I couldn't even get halfway through it. My $4.00 all-natural ice block was worth every dollar, so I'm not sure what the surly bloke elsewhere was on about. I enjoyed the lack of chemical emulsifiers, thickening agents, etc. I got to taste food instead. Bargain!

Yet to experience the newly refurbished cafe. The small shop/take away makes the best burger on the North Shore, great chips and coffee. See you again soon xx

I am vegetarian and stopped ordering gnochis in Sydney because of the portion were sooooo small. But the gnochis have been exquisite and the portion was huge. My wife had the pork burguer and it was amazing too. The view and the energy of the place is great....will come back for sure...

Young fresh faced staff with lovely service makes this place a Stella little spot for a calming coffee. Lots of kids (peacefully) playing nearby- overlooks all the boats so a stunning view! Fabulous coffee- bonsoy for the soy lovers and Toby's estate roasty to perfection. Great post or pre to manly-spit walk.

Christine and her team at Clonnys are amazing. We held our engagement party in the restaurant and the event was perfect. The food was delicious and the venue was amazing. We are so happy. Thank you Christine.

Thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!!!!! for offering healthy options on the kids menu. i ordered Pack 2 which included some beautiful chicken meat pieces, rice crackers, cheese, celery and carrot sticks, hummus dip, a piece of orange and some strawberries and a nudie juice popper. My 3yo ate it all and 2 yo almost finished it, I had the Soy and sesame chicken salad which was very fresh and very tasty. Thanks again. I wish more cafes offered a kids menu like this...Keep up the great work!
Oh and the fish and chips smelled awesome. We will be back to try it. :)

This is a nice place to chill out and relax on the weekend,long weekend and holiday anytime you can come and chill

We had a pretty good burger and milkshake from the takeaway stand - a bit pricey, but it's Clontarf and you're paying for the awesome location - kids' playground is huge and fun, while the beach is safe and calm.

Recently had a sunday lunch (to celebrate my sister in laws birthday)-Wow amazing food and great value- considering this fabulous location!This must be one of the best kept Dining secrets in Sydney! We shared some Salt and Pepper squid accompanied by a Clare Valley Riesling (BYO) and then I had a large serving of Fish and Chips- as it was a sunny sunday and I wanted some Fish -It was excellent (I think it was perch fillet) The Sunday Roast Pork with crackling for 25 bucks is a steal. As a food journalist I generally recheck places (for the forthcoming Connoisseur Magazine reviews) and on my second visit ,the Snapper Fillet with Chips and Salad was excellent. I specifically asked for Black Kalamata olives in the salad to accompany the Snapper-the kitchen complied with my request no problem. I sat on the verandah and got a mid winter suntan,,finished off with a lovely Gelato and an Espresso - Really amazing value and frankly I am loathe to share this info ,,,as these underrated places are hard to find. I noticed that this place is frequented by "happy locals in the know" -so sorry to dislcose this one Guys!

We were right in the 11am close for breakfast but they very kindly allowed us to order and set us up a table outside to eat with our two dogs - great food and service!

We had a great breakfast here, very friendly and efficient staff. Menu was great, good mix for everyone and food was spot on.
