This is a lovely cosy cafe with friendly service and consistently great food and coffee.

I highly recommend the halloumi stack, truffle eggs and fresh juices.

A local favourite cafe of mine and one my partner and I visit at least once a week.

I started going to this cafe at the beginning of last year and have been returning to it on the regular since. It's one of the local hidden gems which offers city-cafe quality food.

I found that most cafes which offer 'insta-worthy' presentation that aren't situated in or around the CBD, end up being rather disappointing and over-rated as they offer visually appealing dishes but lack flavour. This is not the case for Little Alley. They offer trendy, visually appealing drinks and dishes, and every item is cooked well with an excellent balance of flavour. They're the type of cafe that changes their specials on their menu almost every season so it keeps us on our toes waiting to try their next invention.

On each and every visit we are greeted by friendly staff and excellent food. It's one of the cafe's you keep going to because it's consistent in quality and service.

The negatives that I would point out is that it is quiet dark inside the cafe and phone reception isn't that great (although they do have free wifi) so if you're there to feed your instagram page, choose the seats near the windows or opt for the outdoor seating.

The place is cozy , staff are attentive and amiable, the food and drinks are scrumptious but not pricey! I was so delighted to find this cafe that I came here two days in a row. Truffle egg and Little Alley version toast are special and delicious, iced coffee and juice are nice ,too. I love that they use Bonsoy soy milk to make my soy coffee since some cafe use vitasoy(sorry not a fan)! Definitely will come back to try other things on the menu.

Came for brunch with the family. Cosy atmosphere, well-ventilated so we didn't have to worry about the heat! Their menu has a large variety of both food and drinks to offer so there was something for everyone. Ordered a Brie Brekky Roll and it was one of the best burgers I've ever had! The bacon was well-cooked and the burger was balanced in terms of taste (all the ingredients meshed together). Will be looking forward to coming back to try some of the many other great dishes Little Alley has to offer.

Staff were also sociable and provided us with quality service. Our family always passed by the cafe as we shop for groceries in the area but had no idea that this little gem of a cafe was hiding right under our noses. Will be recommending this place to friends, colleagues and family!

✅ As a visual person, I think it’s awesome that there’s a QR code on the menu that allows you to see photos of all items. 📷
✅ I ordered the brie brekky burger which was really yummy and tasted sweet. My boyfriend loved the halloumi stack which featured two perfectly poached eggs and found it really filling! 🍳
✅ In terms of drinks, they offer a range of milks and draw impressive latte art on the caps. For non coffee drinkers, there’s an extensive list of milkshakes, smoothies, fruit shakes as well as taro/ matcha lattes!! 🍵
✅ With an open kitchen layout, it was cool to watch the staff work around the kitchen. Staff are really friendly and the service was also quite efficient - despite many orders from people dining in & takeaway. 👩🏻‍🍳

❓Unfortunately, due to the open layout, there isn’t any air conditioning indoors. This could potentially be a problem on a hot day. 🌤
❓Additionally, large groups will have to sit outdoors (undercover) due to the limited table spacing inside, i.e. there are only 6 x 2 person tables and bar seating inside. 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

All things considered, Little Alley offers a wide range of goods and always new things to try, so we’ll definitely be back for more!! 😋

Damn, that’s a tasty burger~ Comin’ from California, I love some Hawaiian chicken sandwiches... these guys do it right. Grab an espresso and a chicken sandwich and you’ll do just fine.

Amazingly skilled staff members who make absolutely delicious breakfast, lunch and dessert meals. Wide variety for all ages.

Edit: Brioche French Toast is a very light dessert and is not too sweet! Hope the cafe owners consider moving to a larger area to accommodate more customers.

Fantastic breakfast and lunch choices at reasonable prices. I had the haloumi stack ($17) and iced taro drink ($6), both delicious. The haloumi stack has wilted spinach, poached eggs and kransky over sourdough, and the iced taro had fantastic balance (I asked for half the sugar which was just right for me, I think full sugar would be way too sweet). You order at the counter, so split payments are not an issue. It's a small place, and seemingly quite popular so booking on weekends is recommended. Plenty of street parking on a Sunday.

I love this place! This is a new local spot for me and I can see myself trying everything on the menu in the very near future. Great artwork on the walls, great vibe and super friendly staff!
