I visited 374 Apple Massage Therapy with a friend Rijan Pradhan recently, expecting a 30-minute session for which we both paid $120 each. However, our experience took an unexpected turn upon entering the room.

The woman assigned to my friend demanded an additional $350, and I was asked for $250, despite these payments not being part of the agreed-upon terms. This unexpected request left us feeling uncomfortable and dissatisfied with the service.

Moreover, the massage session, which was included in the agreed-upon service, was not fulfilled. Instead, what was supposed to be a 30-minute session was shortened to less than 15 minutes, with minimal massage and merely touching.

The accusation made against my friend, insinuating that they had taken photos or recorded the staff member, was baseless and unprofessional.

What disappointed me further was the disparity in treatment: my friend was provided with a replacement staff member after refusing to pay the additional fee, while I was left with an unsatisfactory experience.

Overall, this experience fell far below expectations, and I hope the management addresses these issues to ensure fair and professional service for all customers.

If you want a relaxing massage... Go elsewhere. Worst experience of my adult life. I believe it was Sasha. Rude, Forceful, condescending. 15 minutesof the time I paid for, Was spent trying to get wifi for her tip. We couldn't establish a connection, so Sasha became stand-offish and insulting. Please take my advice and go elsewhere. She looks pretty. Sadly it's only skin deep. Plus she has no idea what she is doing in regards massage or life for that matter. Plus she stole $20. Didn't give me my $20 change, pocketed it. Go to hell and wait at the gates Sasha (Thai girl). I'd like a complete refund including the $20 she tipped herself.

Steer clear of 374 Apple! First, reception does not know (or pretends not to be aware) of specials, which I as the customer had to point to on their own website! Second, you do not have a choice of girls as they send you to a room and a random girl just shows up. Third, the room was not clean as there was a dirty towel in the sink, and the bed "sheet" was not changed after my session, which made me wonder if it was changed BEFORE my session. Fourth, the girl did not provide a massage for the full time paid, so I was shorted on the massage. Fifth, the girl was extremely aggressive about extracting extra $$$ for a happy ending, and would not relent even after I refused. She turned sour after that and the session ended. BTW, she said her name was "Ivey," but there is no one by that name listed in the parlour's roster. Pretty fishy operation in my opinion!

Got ripped off, would not come back. You should ask prices upfront and consider other 5 star establishments

To be clear what happened, takes 100, which turns out to only be for a massage and hj. then ask for ALOT more for anything
