I have known Alim Lim for many years, ever since he helped my sister in getting her PR granted, even though her case was hard and it seems impossible but she did get the PR approved!
So when it was my turn to apply PR in June 2021, I approached Alim Lim for help. My visa had a No Further Stay condition attached to it which meant that I cannot apply onshore and the visa application was rejected. Alim suggested appealing to the AAT, which we did back in February 2022 and after waiting for 2 years we WON the appeal without having to go through a hearing.
