Kidz Connect Early Learning Centre

Kidz connect has been a home away from home. Our daughter has had major development for the two years she's been there. The educators are amazing, really care about the kids and make them feel very comfortable. The director, Ms.Rana and her husband are amazing always willing to listen to the parents. If you're looking for an amazing day centre around punchbowl and Bankstown area, Kidz connect is the place to be you will not regret.

I absolutely love the service at Kidz Connect. My child has developed skills in so many aspects of his learning. The activities/learning experiences introduced at the centre are really engaging and exciting for the children. The staff have excellent communication with parents and I trust that my child is in safe hands. The centre is spacious, appealing and maintains a great level of hygiene. My two-year-old daughter attended Kidz Connect Early Learning Center for nearly one year.
The center has a great outdoor area for kids to go and socialise in open air. Their staff is very friendly and attentive to the kids who go there. They have wonderful educators who care about the children. Children of all ages thrive here. The communication is excellent. Couldn't rate it more highly.

Overall, I have an excellent experience as my first born had very good care from this center.

My son Noah absolutely loves it. The teachers are very motherly and super patient which is so important to me!!. It felt like i was leaving him with family. I also love the app that allows us to see our children and we get loads of photos throughout the day. The learning through play activities are so cool my son learned so much because he loves hands on tasks. Would definitely recommend. ❤

The team at Kidz Connect is beyond amazing! Since our journey began with them, it's been full of happiness, reassurance, care and fun! Mrs Rana and the team are very professional and helpful, always catering to all requests. It feels like one big family. Would 100% recommend and I'm so glad my son was a part of this centre!

My son has been attending Kidz Connect for over 7 months now and he has progressed significantly, he is now very social and talks and uses sentences to communicate with us. I highly recommend this service as they have a fantastic program, staff are approachable and understand my child individual care routine. Parent feedback is always considered, and the service is always clean and smells fresh. They also have a healthy and diverse menu. The service also has an app (OWNA) where you can monitor your child’s daily care routine. You can also view your child’s development and daily program.

My daughter started attending here about 3 months ago. She loves it! The owner (Rana) is super friendly and very attentive. I love how they use an app and keep parents updated about meals, activities and toileting. They really consider your child’s interests when planning activities. When I return to work after my second is born, I will be sending her here too.

At Kidz Connect Early Learning Centre, the staff are very professional and dedicated to providing our children with the best care and support. I have both my daughters who attend and I am extremely happy with the service provided.
Staff work collaboratively with parents to ensure children are safe and happy. This includes discussing routines at home and how this can be implemented during the day at the centre.
Children are provided with a range of resources and interactive activities to engage with throughout the day to assist their learning and development. The age and needs of each child are catered for. The activities are also shared with parents through an app.
I am also impressed with the focus on children's social and emotional learning. The centre is always very clean to ensure that children are in a safe environment.
Parent feedback is always taken into consideration and valued to ensure best quality service is provided.

Best choice I ever made! The staff are all loving and caring. My kid is exited every morning just to go to day care. They really spend time with your kid to see what they like, what makes them happy. My kid has improved so much and learned so much. I will never find such a good day care again!! Thank you for all you have done in taking care of my baby and being his family during the day and showering him with all of your love.

My 3 year old son has been attending this childcare since he was 12months of age.
With new management and caring staff, he absolutely loves going to childcare to learn and play with his peers. He has progressed well in all areas of his learning which is great to see, credit to the wonderful staff and management that are so patient and kind with him. I also love that they use a childcare app to keep you up to date with everything that goes on throughout the day with pictures and videos of your child in play and learning.

Very good service. My son started getting more social and learning quickly. I can see how much he loves his teachers when i drop him there at morning. He feels happy. They upload photos and videos in app, I can see activities of my son. They also post useful info. May Allah help them prosper and get their service to utmost level.

My husband and I are working full time and have had our kids in childcare from a very early age. To be honest, we were a bit hesitant when we heard the news about the change in management because we didn't know what to expect. Ever since Kidz Connect took over our kids childcare we have never been more satisfied and we are so glad about the changes. Definitely impressed.

Everytime I drop off my kids, I have that assurance that my kids are in the best hands. The centre is CLEAN and TIDY. The teachers are HIGHLY QUALIFIED. They have a school readiness program that helped my daughter a lot in preparation for Kindergarten. They have an arabic class if you want your kids to learn arabic. Different science experiments which my daughter loves. My son, who wasn't talking (which we were starting worry about) started talking and singing.

I love that they're TRANSPARENT with the parents. With the OWNA app, they always update us on what activities our kids are doing. They also upload photos, videos on the app so it feels like we're actually with our kids throughout the day. We also know what our kids are eating not just by the menu they upload but because they provide actual photos of the kids' food and record nap times and how much water they've had through the day.

During pick up times, Rana the centre director / owner always updates us with how our kids throughout the day. Whenever my son would have issues they always reassure me that it's part of growing up and that they've handled everything well. The whole team is very welcoming and I definitely consider them as our extended family.

Our family will always talk highly of this centre and will always recommend them to everyone looking for a childcare for their kids.

My daughter has been going there for over a year now and whatever I say won’t do it justice, I work at childcare myself and it no where near compares to what kidz connect team offers, the quality, the hygiene and the professionalism is just astonishing. All staff are very welcoming at all times and extremely loving and caring, I am always welcomed with a bright smile which makes my day. I have also noticed my daughter’s vocabulary has increased drastically and I’m impressed with the amount of words she’s speaking. My children absolutely loved going to this centre. As my daughters first time going to childcare, they made sure she felt safe and happy every morning and never rushed her. In the short amount of time my children were attending Kidz connect ELC they learnt so much. We would definitely recommend this centre if you’re looking for a patient and understanding place for your children.

My children have been going to kids connect for over a year now. Excellent service from all staff. Facilitys are great. Food is good. Special thanks to Rana who is the director of the school. She is very involved with the day to day operations and also keeps the connection with the parents and children.

Thanks so much to Rana and Wissam for setting up an absolutely top-notch child-care facility here in Punchbowl. This is definitely not a childcare to drop off and just pick up your kids it’s so much more.

They build strong relationships not only with the children but with the parents too. The most important thing with communication is to hear what Isn’t being said & Rana and her staff go above and beyond in this department, they listen, they observe they notice things and they care enough to share and discuss things so our children can grow and develop and be happy. What more could any parent want when they drop off their precious cargo at the childcare centre. We use an app called OWNA so we can see what our children are doing throughout the day, see our statements pay online or via direct debit it’s all very easy. And Rana the director is very involved here I see her every day I’m picking up and she always comes talks about the day lets me know what’s happening. On a few occasions I offered my opinion or gave feedback and every time she would come back to me and inform me of what she done with my feedback. It’s clear to see that Rana cares so very much about her childcare centre and if anyone has any advice or even concerns, she is very quick thinking and a great problem solver and always remedy’s any situation effectively. Example of this would-be toilet training child was terrified of it, so she made it a fun experience and offered rewards for the small step my daughter made. Now 2 years and 3 months she’s happily doing it all by herself now. As Rana and her amazing staff helped build my little girls’ confidence in herself. I know my children are safe and cared for at Kids connect. It’s a very loving nurturing environment here. There are hugs, high fives and blowing kisses when saying good bye everyday so that’s how I know and can see how much my children love it.

And Wissam is a fantastic business entrepreneur always helping wife to strive to improve, there are always great modifications here for the better, for example cleanliness. Layout, building work, security features, upgrading outdoor play area with beautiful fun colour sun shades or just doing a fun paint Job I can’t wait to see What these guys change next as it’s always awesome. Wissam is also so understanding and great at helping us parents navigate through the app. On many occasions he can be seen out the front talking to dads and explaining things or helping them out with the app if they are a new parent or not tech savvy. It’s wonderful to see how everyone gets along here it’s always has such great vibes when coming here. They have created a great atmosphere where kids, teachers’ moms and dads can all communicate well and everything runs smoothly.

Great food, great learning programmes and fun creative activities, kids always learning.

And thank you to miss Razuana for making my children feel as if they were your own, thank you Miss Jenny for always welcoming us and asking about my day. Thank you, Miss Roukayia, for always making my girls laugh. Thank you, Ms Jawahir, for teaching numbers letters, words, skills and the silly cleaning song that my kids always sing and clean at home too so win for mum. Thank you, Ms Alaa, for taking time with my baby girl and showing her how to finger paint and do really fun activities I can really, she how much she’s growing and learning so fast. And thank you to everyone else there too all us parents and children appreciate all to do in the helping to raise confident, social school ready children.

I have two children and from my experience of child care centres this by far is the best one. This centre truly cares for the kids , super friendly, professional staff that are not only super attentive but also very loving and friendly to all the kids.
