The guy working there was very nice and welcoming. He gave us a suggestion on where to also get some lunch also. The 2 drink were a 10/10 and both were made in under 2 minutes.

I’m leaving a 5-star specifically for a very young female staff who was looking after the shop on her own just before 8pm on a Saturday. There were ridiculously too many customers for one staff to serve and my husband and I felt bad for her - she looked like she was about to break down but still managed to serve. I suggest for management to look after their staff and improve the roster. I asked for for her name and she said, Isabel.

The main gentleman that works at Chai Time at Town Hall listens to what my specific order is and makes it perfect. He is engaging and always has a lovely smile on his face. I enjoy going there because of him. As someone who has worked in Customer Service for over a decade, these are the things I look out for and I truly appreciate his energy and time when serving me as a customer.

A must visit when in the area and the staff are friendly and their drinks are really refreshing and tasty

They got the best herbal jelly. Definitely recommend it. And the girl in the picture is the best staff, perfection customer service.

I come here every Wednesday and order passion green tea or green apple gt with 4 x rainbow jelly or 30/sugar. The flavour is always consistent, the lady is very nice to me all the time, I go there too often😅😅😂, but all the drinks she makes me every Wednesday is always the best!!!, I love this chatime the most!!

The best customer service I’ve received in a long time!! I was served by Louis and he was just amazing!! Quick service and always such a happy face!

this is truly the best chatime i have ever had. ordered a while ago and was served by a nice girl with curly hair. she has great knowledge of the menu and recommended me a drink which was fabulous.

In a very convenient spot and could grab a iced tea on your way home. Very fresh made and staff who served me is very friendly! I love their new Philly cream cheese mousse on top. Yum yum!

this was my first ever time going here, the customer service was easy going, the boy who served was a young lad, i had trouble order as it was my first time but this boy who served me was patient and understanding, i asked him what his name was, he told me his name was oliver, very good, good customer service and tea. Would give 6 stars if possible.

This is actually most favorite boba store in my life.Japan is also available,But Australian is a lot better than Japan.I don’t care about Australian life,I just really missing Australian Chatime.

I have visited them 5+ times over a period of about one year. They have always got my order correct.

They do get busy at times so there can be a bit of a wait.

Looking at all the bad reviews, my guess is that people only take the time to leave a review if they are not happy

Not Sure why different Chatime stores make their drinks taste slightly different but for me this store is the one I would go when I crave for a Chatime. They are fast and friendly service.

With Taro milk tea , it was nice lunch 😍

Really enjoyed my large Taro Milk 🍵 with Aloe Vera and Original Mousse!😄 They treat me very well and service is fast!😄🙏❤
