After years of average dental care I found Rochelle. Thank goodness for Rochelle! My dental care is now exceptional. Rochelle and the dental nurses are all the very best in there profession. The procedures I have undergone were made pleasant and the care and authentic concern for my comfort was nothing short of delightful. I actually look forward to attending my dental appointments!

Booked a first time visit with Dr Rochelle Lim and safe to say she will be my regular dentist moving forward. I received a high quality, professional service during my check up and clean. Her work is exceptional compared to other dentists I have been to and you can really tell she takes pride and is passionate in providing patients with quality education on oral hygiene practices and dental care.

During the consultation she made sure I understood what was happening at each checkpoint and most importantly highlighted what needed to be improved in my current routine whilst explaining my x-rays. I will be back in 6 months and would strongly recommend Dr Rochelle for anyone who is looking for the best dental service in Melbourne.

I came to see Dr Rochelle Lim for my first visit at this clinic. I was worried because I don’t typically enjoy going to the dentist and it had been a few years since my last check up and clean. Dr Rochelle was amazing! She was friendly, gentle and put me at ease! She was also very thorough and took time to explain the complex dental terms - making sure that I understood what was happening every step of the way. I would highly recommend her for anyone wanting to attend Monash. Special thanks to the dental nurse Sahar who made me really comfortable throughout the clean as well as Renee who was really friendly at front desk.

Incredible dental service! I'm a Monash University student so it is really convenient location wise. Really resolved my dental anxiety, the first appointment I was a ball of nerves but the second appointment I felt very very comfortable lying in the chair and was no longer apprehensive about the treatment. From reception, to dentist and dental assistant, to equipment and facilities, everything is perfect!

I've been going here for over 10 years. The service has always been excellent in my opinion and I have not once had a negative experience. The medical staff are extremely professional. Wait times are similar to most doctors, and I'd say better than many multi-GP clinics I have attended.

Amidst my rush of trying to get in touch with the doctor to fill out my compliance form as discussed through a phone appointment and not receiving any emails, the lovely reception team worked swiftly and diligently to communicate with the doctor and fulfilled my request by the next morning. Thanks team!

I have been attending this clinic for the last 7 years, I have experienced nothing but professionalism, sincere empathy and extensive support from all departments, including my own GP, nurses and admin staff. When my own GP was overbooked and/or unavailable, I had to see some other GPs at this centre. I have to admit that some GPs may not be as experienced and helpful as my own GP, but also I need to accept that we are humans, and the rapport that we may build with one GP/human may differ with others. The important factor is just to meet the right GP and continue the journey with them as far as possible.

Had an appointment to remove a skin lesion, Dr Medres who did the procedure was extremely kind and very gentle. So very convenient to have a Health Service on campus and with such great GP's. I also see Dr Savicky who is another wonderful GP, he is honest and very kind during his consultations. Dr Savicky and Dr Medres both provide excellent medical care to me. Highly recommend this practice to all staff and students of the Monash University Community.

The dentist is very professional and nice. He made me feel comfortable and relax. My dental anxiety has gone! He gave me some tips for my oral health which are helpful.

The nurse named Chau is soooooo nice. Perfect skill to give injections that not hurt at all. Caring and really patient. Love love and love❤

Can not recommend this place more to anyone that has had a hard time finding a good dentist. I went to Monash Clayton after years of trouble with a tooth that no dentist in Melbourne could seem to address. First visit here and it was fixed! So happy with everything about this surgery!

I had my first appointment here today and I was very happy with the service I received. In fact, it would be the best trip I have ever had to the dentist. I saw Dr. Reddy and she was fantastic.

Best dentist I've been to in years! Everyone was so friendly and reassuring aswell as timely, I didn't have to wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes. couldnt recommend more
