Kmart Clayton

Cheap n cheerful goods. Prices close to ik.. or better. A few items look similar to ik.. Staff are helpful. Oddly the checkout counter is in the middle of the store n not at the entrance.

Nice new store. Easy to get to once you get inside. Plenty of parking underneath and some outside.
The shop was pretty neat and there were plenty of staff around.
Love a good Kmart shop and sometimes I just don’t want to go to Chadstone. Good to have another option in the area.

I really like this store as it has a lot more stock. Katie at the front of the store was very helpful when I couldn’t find the tumblers in the kitchen section.

Amazing place of retreat,Alto suite is so beautiful as home away from home.The ambience so tranquil with view of ocean and protea garden.Spa treatment was out of this world, highly recommended.

Great Kmart, has a consistently high supply of products, staff are knowledgeable and the store is clean on every visit.

Bag check can be a bit over the top and time consuming, but seems to be the norm for retailers now.

Recommend this store for a quick and easy experience.

The afternoon shift fitting room lady today was extremely friendly and helpful. I asked where were the medical scrubs located at and she w as busy with her tasks but she put them down and took me straight to it . 5 star customer service.

Kmart has come a long way. Love the furnishings and home accessories they have now. Next section they need to improve on is Women's clothing. The fabric quality, prints and colors are usually quite bad.

Multiple visit. It's Kmart. But it has more stock than other Kmart we visited. This shop sells all what we need from garments, home and kitchen stuffs, bedding and office. Also good for window shopping. I enjoy it to kill my time in my "nothingness" in this shop.

I hesitated to write a review of this store because it has been painful to deal with the since M city opened. In fact it was better to go to Kmart Brandon Park because the store manager at Brandon Park had created a great store culture. Then Kmart closed Brandon Park. The good news is Kmart transferred the Brandon Park Manager to M City. What a difference in three months. Happy staff that can't do enough for you, all that service with a smile. Great Job Vicky you really do deserve a raise. A completely different store in such a short time.

I have not been here often but will start being a regular. Handy that it is close to residential area and has good parking available. Kind and helpful staff. I was able to be directed directly to the section I wanted by Jake and was out in 10 minutes.

Great place for a stroll to get items you may need. Clean and open space. Been many times and would come back since it's the closest around. Parking is good at the underground Carpark but at ground level, it's always full.

Great staff, much more stock than there was through covid. Obviously they have overcome supply chain issues . Kids absolutely love it I feel like it is great value for money and to date the quality has been exceptional can't complain thank you we will be back.

Great store with all the Kmart essentials. Often have some good specials racks! Their layout plan seems to work well for getting in and out quickly even if it's busy, never have to wait long

I had a good experience at the customer service. Due to some issue I hd to return the item and staff at the customer service was very helpful and tried to understand what needs to be done and refunded my money. The products in Kmart are very nice and of good quality.

M City is our new family favourite on Dandenong Rd, Clayton. Kmart, Woolies, Village Cinemas, food court, pharmacy, hotels, apartments and more. Convenience on our doorstep, easy parking including underground, love this place.
