Was a wonderful experience, loved watching the chefs create the dishes in front of us. Loved the sake steamed abalone and the smoked eel croquette. Can't wait to come back!

Raita Noda Chef's Kitchen delivered what I can confidently say is the best dining experience I've ever had. From the moment I stepped inside, I knew I was in for something extraordinary. The intimate setting, personalised service, and the chef's culinary wizardry combined to create a night to remember. Each course was a masterpiece, showcasing a symphony of flavors that danced on my palate. Raita Noda's dedication to pushing the boundaries of culinary art was evident in every dish. It was an exceptional journey that left me in awe and eager to return for more.

The attention to detail here was out of this world. A first class dining experience. The whole night was curated to perfection and moved effortlessly between each course. Right from the beginning dish we knew we were in for a treat. This is more on the pricey side but well worth it I think if your a really foodie.

Without question, the best dining experience we have had in Sydney. Every dish was amazing, the service was second to none, and being at the chefs table made this an unforgettable experience. World class dining and a genuine hidden gem in Sydney.

Amazing attention to detail and presentation of food and innovative flavours and textures. Definitely a must do if you enjoy omakase, only note is that there is a longer than expected wait between dishes. Started at 7pm, didn't finish until after 10'30pm

Went back in August 2020 and wow what an amazing omakase experience! Chef Raita Noda takes absolute care preparing each dish and each course is absolutely delicious. When pairing with sake you get to choose your own sake cup for the night which is a cute touch. It is generally booked out months in advance but I would recommend going if you get the chance!

One of the best dining experience We’ve ever had. It felt like watching a performance, while getting to enjoy one of the best meal ever.

Love the entire experiences so so much, worth every cent. Will definitely come back.

Exceptional omakase dining experience!

It took us a bit to find the entrance to this tiny establishment (tip - it's not the gate next to the sign. Head through the hotel entrance). Once inside you're greeted by a small bar that seats no more than 9 guests. The interior is an eclectic mix of Japanese styling and functional kitchen.

The experience of watching every dish so careful prepared in front of you only adds to the already exceptional flavours plated up for each course. You can see how much pride the two chefs take in their craft and it's no surprise the venue comes so highly acclaimed.

A unique dining experience we'll no doubt be back again for.

Amazing omakase experience, there's plenty of food and it varies in flavours and textures and is presented beautifully. The place is small, but quirky and nice and sat 8 when it just opened post covid. Service was efficient and friendly by the younger chef.

Really unique and interesting courses for an omakase. My partner loved it. Worth 5 stars.

However the assistant chef was a bit straightforward/stern if you will. I appreciate that he is highly skilled and efficient in the preparation of dishes however it’d be nice to tone the pace down a notch. E.g. taking the time to explain the next dish to patrons and allowing a more welcoming vibe for patrons to ask questions about the dish that they are about to eat.

The most creative omakase style dishes I've ever had in Sydney, and definitely among the best overall. Was a lot of fun watching the 2 chefs (who I believe are a father and son duo) preparing each dish with such detail and finese. Would absolutely recommend!

I had booked 3 month in advance and wasn't disappointed. All the dishes have really great flavours, some more complex than others but it tastes great. The chefs put a lot of care into the food and ot shows. It's very fine.

Dinner lasts for 3 hours so ve mindful of time.

Perhaps its the season, there was certainly a lot of yuzu being used throughout the dish. I went for the $22 additional course of caviae gunkan. Fairly nice. I did think the beef had a bit too much fat and sinew and thats probably my biggest comment.

They had some good sake which were very smooth and paired well with foods.

Absolutely divine. My friend and I were blown away by every course that was served. Each possessed a distinctiveness in terms of flavour and presentation that was only matched by the gusto and the charisma of the father and son duo. Highly recommended for a special treat for loved ones, and will definitely be back

Never fails to deliver creative and delicious Japanese cuisine. With just 8 counter seats it makes for an intimate dinning experience with a front row seat to the chefs magic. It's also worth noting the impressive selection of wine, sake and whisky and the food matching options.

Oh.my.god.
This place is a must try. These two guys are an incredibly talented pair of chefs, who will delight you with their culinary skills and amazing service. You are made to feel extremely welcome and valued as a customer, something that we don’t see every day. We paired the wines with the degustation and I must say, I couldn’t have asked for anything more. A must do if you have the time in Sydney.
