My husband and I came in hoping to buy a jersey but unfortunately they didn’t have stock but the two staff members were really nice and helpful. Even after we left the store they had also checked online and even ran after us to let us know where they found stock online. Thanks again for your help! We really do appreciate it.

Bought a jersey online. Got it fast but size was a bit off.
Contacted the team if I can just drop over the store and exchange there and they said yes. Dropped by exchanged the jersey and even got another. It was easy.
Other companies wouldn’t allow exchanges at store and other online sales you even can’t exchange, you’d have to return then buy another quote painful process and costly when accounting for shipping.
Throwback is easy to deal with and has great range of stock. So definitely buying from them again.

I retracted my previous negative review, after I received a call from the owner of the business. As Mentioned on my previous review, I have been a loyal customer to throwback ever since, and I didnt mean to show any malice towards the store and more importantly the staff. With more information explained to me by Mike, I can now understand the struggle of pulling off such an event in a short amount of time.
Over the years the staff have been nothing short from helpful, to attend to any enquirys about their products and services. I’ve come here various times and this place never disappoints. All the staff are very attentive and outgoing and are always happy to help. Unlike other stores, Throwback offers a range of items that are limited edition or things that you may only find in places like the USA. I definitely do recommend coming here to shop as it has a wide range of items for basketball fans out there.
