I have gone to this medical practice for over 5 years and have always received excellent care. Dr Hon Thai is an excellent doctor — smart professional friendly and he really listens and asks helpful probing questions to identify what’s going on in your body. The people working reception are also kind and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Seeing Dr.Sophie today was such a wonderful experience. She was understanding, listened to what I had to say, and had such a calm and gentle approach. I felt safe and could relax, which isn’t always easy when seeing doctors.

Going to Crown St Medical Center is always a great experience as I know that I am in very good hands and I trust my GP. I particularly like her being decisive and very pro-active. She provide also great guidance and is always right in her pronostics. The people at the desk are really nice too, really I have nothing to complain about. Just blessed that I am going to this practice.

So happy to have found Dr Sophie. She is just wonderful, so kind, caring and knowledgeable. Walked out feeling really positive and like I’m in good hands. If only all GP’s were this attentive. Would give 6 stars if I could.

I have only ever experienced high quality care delivered in a friendly and timely manner. I have never felt rushed. The GP's, and I have seen at least 4 different ones during my time as a patient there, have all been excellent (and I should know as a fellow GP!) I have since moved area but travel back to Crown St for my care. Thank you Dr Nguyen and the team.

I have seen some nice GPs but Dr. Pauline is the most caring and professional GP I have ever met. She always tries to solve my problems and always explains everything very clearly to make sure I understand.
The receptionist team is very helpful as well. They always respond emails very promptly and would also call you if they think it’s easier to talk on the phone.
I have been with them for over 2 years. At first, I chose them just because they are close to my uni and they offer cheap rate for international students with valid OSHC. But I have been so happy with my choice ever since. Highly recommended to everyone, especially international students in Sydney.

I saw Dr Bennet, she was very approachable and you could tell she actually cared. She didn't rush through the appointment like most doctors do these days. Reception staff were friendly too.

Dr Duc Ho is the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He is professional, knowledgeable, warm and personable. It is always a pleasure coming to this practice, I would recommend it to anyone.

Friendly and proffesional staff, clean premises, and prompt service. Had to wait a bit over 10 minutes from my appointment time, but otherwise, it was an excellent experience.

I highly recommend Dr Martin as a GP who listens to your concerns and treats every symptom you present with seriously. He does thorough physical examinations (when needed) and is always clear with communicating what his management plan will be. As a patient, I always feel at ease. Overall, the staff at this clinic are kind and patient and consistently uphold what the standard of a primary health clinic should be.

Great medical centre with a very talented and attentive team of professionals. Most GPs in Sydney just trying to keep their consultation time as short as possible to get more patients during the day without actually helping most of them. This place is a rare exception and huge thanks to my regular doctors Dr Sophie Bennett and Dr Martin Nguyen for taking care of my health.

I have been going to Crown Street Medical Centre for over 5 yrs now and Kristine always takes the time to genuinely ask how I am going. Kristine is an absolute asset to Crown Street Medical centre.
The reception staff are always so warm and inviting and so personable.
I feel incredibly grateful to have a wonderful GP- Dr Martin Nguyen who is kind,
patient, compassionate and thorough.
I have also seen the Physiotherapist- Peter many times and he is always spot on with my treatments.
I have no hesitation in recommending Crown Street Medical Centre for your healthcare needs.

From the first phone call with a very bright and enthusiastic receptionist who was so helpful. I was able to make an appointment on the same day. Then to have a kind and caring doctor treat me was just what I needed. I was a new patient and from the West, this doctor went over and above when he could have been blase as he may never see me again. What a legend he loves his job

Came here just looking for a script, but ended up quite surprised. The receptionists were great, and everything was on time. Dr Aaron was very professional, but also kind and thoughtful - I actually felt listened to lol. I have been travelling around Australia for the last 5 years, and that was probably the most humane interaction I've had with a gp in this time, so yeah, thanks for that, would recommend 10/10.
