BIG4 Taunton Farm Margaret River

We don't normally leave reviews however after seeing the negative feedback from a group staying at the same time as us over the long weekend we wanted to provide feedback. This park is just lovely and the staff amazing. When we used the amenities they were spotless and a credit to the cleaners. Yes the sites are dry and given the region hasn't had rain for several months and the park on dam water the staff do a wonderful job of keeping common areas green. Brilliant location central to all that the region has. Sites are huge in comparison to many parks we have visited. We will definitely be back.

Love staying at Taunton. Sites are big & plenty of shade. We have stayed many times in the last month while waiting for appointments & each time was as good as the last. Big shout out to the cleaners

We were so lucky to find Taunton Farm as the perfect setting for our ‘destination’ wedding venue. We had family coming from a far and wanted to celebrate a full weekend with our nearest and dearest. Taunton created this without a fuss. We booked the full venue for the weekend, It was affordable and let us create exactly what we wanted for our special day!
The grounds were immaculate and our guests that stayed were welcomed and comfortable.
We absolutely cannot thank the team enough for providing the most amazing service with everything that a wedding entails! (Anne and Steve were incredible, they had fantastic communication in the lead up to the wedding and for the full duration of the weekend. We couldn’t have done it without them!)

What a fantastic family stay! We had booked a powered tent site for 3 nights 4 days - wishing we had booked longer. It was close to town, beach’s and other tourist attractions. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the children helped feed the animals at 5pm daily and we were treated to a movie night!

This is a beautiful caravan park surrounded by farm country. There are many lovely trees in the park, the sites are quite large, and the amenities were clean and relatively modern. The park is suitable for families with young children, and also for older travellers who like tranquiliy like us, because there are areas of the park well away from the playground and jumping pillow. The reception staff were friendly, and gave helpful suggestions regarding activities in the area. We'd happily stay here again.

Fabulous 2nd stay in December 2023 this time we joined a group of 50 friends. Everyone had a great stay on enquiry the chalets were comfortable and clean. Our site was shady and close to ablutions. Rustic Camp kitchen clean barbecues and our group had a great few nights using the old school rooms for functions. Thank you to the staff who went visibly working hard to keep up a good venue. Farm animals were in view most of the day.

We loved our stay at Taunton Farm! Customer service was consistent from the time of booking to check out, staff were brilliant- from front counter to caretakers they were always smiling and very helpful.
Plenty for the kids to do, with pedal bikes, playground, jumping pillow. Loved the little shop in the office for extra supplies - ice creams and baby sunscreen.
Perfect location - we managed to visit the town centre, various breweries, wineries, attractions and beaches in our short stay.
We had a drive through caravan site and after setting up there was still ample of room left - (very generous sites!)
Highly recommend and looking forward to returning. 😃

We had a large family group for a chrissy get together. Some in tents and caravans and chalets. I stayed in a chalet. Lovely and very well appointed. Clean and the linen was pristine. Had 2 very comfy nights. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Pizza van and coffee van was amazing too. Thanks again we will definitely be back

My wife and I have been staying here for the past 15 years or so,we love it.Anne and Steve are both very friendly polite and professional.They are both hard working and keep the park clean and tidy.So we will definitely be coming here for the next 15 years.

Great stay. They did everything to extend our booking due to car issues. Terrific staff. Great activities for kids. Lots of shade. Excellent amenities. Difficult to fault.

Well located just north of Margaret River. St. Stayed 2 nights and found it very relaxing. Great sites, amenities and booking service. Very peaceful. If you have young people with you, they will be able to get into feeding the animals. Recommended. Take the opportunity to go next door to the cheese 🧀 etc facility. Good stuff!!!

This place was wonderful we stayed in a cabin and my son loved the animal feeding at 5pm especially Mickey the pig.. he loves pigs

Clean free bbqs
Nice hot free flowing showers ablution blocks clean
Feed the animals was the highlight of the day for children
Staff are welcoming , friendly happy to chat

We were caravanning. Sites good and facilities good. View pleasant over the farm. Flies unpleasant but that is bush camping

Spotlessly clean and really safe environment close to everything MR has to offer.

Great location. Near farms and wineries. Friendly staff. Animal feeding was fun for child. Clean and comfortable cottage with heated bed. (Just one side was heated though)

Loved this place! We stayed one night but wished we could’ve extended - but the park was booked out for a private function. I can see why - what a fabulous spot! We had a great powered site, didn’t feel crowded. Short walk to the cheese factory for my morning coffee. So close to all the attractions of Margaret River and surrounds. Spotless facilities. Fun jumping pillow for the kids and the animal feeding was superb - extra shoutout to the man who facilitated it, he was so friendly and great with the kids. My 1 and 3 year old couldn’t believe their luck with how close they got to all their favourite farmyard animals. Thanks for making it an extra special experience.

Amazingly good fun! We stayed in June with 3 small children. Rainy weather didn't stop the fun! Animal feeding in the evening, fire pits for use, playground, jumping pillow and great grounds to walk around. The cabin was lovely, tidy with everything we needed for our 2 night stay. Tv, comfy couch and plenty of bedding. However the bed was far too soft for our liking, dipping in the middle - others may prefer a very soft mattress.

Stayed here for 3 nights in a caravan. Excellent park, great facilities very clean ablution blocks. Animal feeding at 5 o'clock is fantastic for children and adults alike.
