Thanks so much to Jon and the team for all their help over the years! So professional and always going out of their way to help both my partner and I with our vehicles! Particularly our 4WD which has had very difficult and unusual issues and Jon had the patience of saint figuring it all out and getting us back on the road! Highly recommend!

Our rental car had a burst tyre nearby, so we limped to the garage. Whilst he didn’t have the tyre we needed to get the car on the road again, Jon was super helpful in diagnosing the issue, speaking to our rental company to let them know the car wasn’t driveable, and letting us use his car to drive to Margaret River to get a new car, as well as agreeing to keep the car until it can be towed tomorrow. A real lifesaver for us today and an absolute legend with great service - thanks!

Jon and the team are extremely friendly and professional. There's a huge waiting time to get your car serviced at the moment across the whole of the region. I had a few issues and Jon sorted out my car sooner than expected and did a great job. Had an engine fault light come up on our Dmax. Early the next morning we went straight to Cowaramup auto tech for advice. Even though they were really busy without hesitation they ran the scan tool and advised us on the issue and that we will need to get the Ute to Isuzu. They didn’t ask for anything for their time. We can’t thank you enough for being so kind and helpful. We would highly recommend the team here.

Had an emergency with my brakes but John and the guys managed to fit me in and get it sorted on the same day. I can’t express how terrified I am of mechanics due to last bad experiences. I’ll never take my car anywhere else now! So grateful for these guys!

Headed down south from Perth for a holiday. On the second day when driving in Margaret River, our car started running rough and the check engine light came on. We called Cowaramup Auto Tech about the issue and they said while fully booked that they were more than happy to help out.

Once we arrived, they immediately attempted the diagnose the issue, performing a few tests. It was diagnosed as a possible spark plug issue. New plugs were ordered and arrived within 20 minutes. A few minutes later and the new plugs were in and the car ran great!

All throughout this experience, the professionalism and friendliness bestowed by the staff was amazing and something we haven't experienced at other mechanics. It's a shame that we live so far away in Perth..

You'll be in great hands here and I'm sure the locals already know that!

Not usually one to write reviews but as I was thinking about my experience this morning, I decided it was a must. Jon was helpful and cheerful from the first moment I spoke with him. Squeezed me in for a last minute servicing amongst a holiday weekend, and did so with honesty and integrity. I left more than satisfied with both the vehicle service and the customer service we received. If I wasn’t just passing through, Jon would be my go to mechanic in the area. Thanks a ton!

I don't usually write reviews but had to for these guys. Jon and his team went the extra mile getting us back on the road. Upon arrival without notice Jon dropped what he was doing and spent over an hour with me eventually diagnosing the problem. Most mechanics wouldn't do this especially with it being a Range Rover!! An absolute pleasure to deal with from diagnosing, ordering parts to eventual repair. Honest, reliable, quality business. Do yourself a favour if you need a mechanic in the area, you wont be disappointed. Highly recommended. Cheers guys

The team at Cowaramup Auto Tech are absolute legends. It's very rare that you come across good old fashioned customer service! These guys helped us when our car suddenly came up with several fault codes as we were driving to margaret river. They helped diagnose and cleared the codes, giving us a peace of mind continuing with our journey. Thanks again legends! Would highly recommend!

John's very friendly and helpful, professional and honest. Doesn't bull*t you or doesn't come up with repairs just to charge you more as other mechanics unfortunately do. Definitely the place to take your car to. And well priced as well.
