My mum and I loved the stay. Thoughtful, attention to details absolutely reflect in the design of the place. The bungalow is spacious, clean, with all the amenities. Highly recommend!

Our family visiting from USA stayed in the spacious Bungalow last week. What lovely accommodation and great hosts in Mark and Steve. So very lucky to have accommodation around the corner. Very welcoming but quiet. Clean and tidy with a great kitchen to cook up meals or a short stroll to Ulmarra Hotel for a drink and Dinner. They have not been back to Australia for 31/2years. We had such an enjoyable time with the privacy they wanted this visit. They fly back tomorrow and have told us they will be staying here next visit. Hopefully not three and a half years.

Hosts were very easy to deal with. The unit is spacious, very clean, comfortable and warm for a 3 night stay.
Thanks to the hosts for supplying essential and non essential items such as coffee, tea, milk and condiments, oil etc in the kitchen.
The unit is right in the town village and you have the option of going to the cafe next door and enjoying your lunch/breakfast on the sunny verandah at the unit or cooking your own in the well equipped kitchen. Across the road is the Ulmarra Hotel where you can grab a fabulous meal for lunch or dinner.
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay and the location and will definitely stay again.

Beautiful spot to relax in after a long drive from Sydney. They’ve created a very thoughtful, comfortable space with lots of extra little touches that are appreciated when travelling with a family. Quiet, comfortable, arty…perfect location 2 minutes walk from cafe, galleries and pub. Highly recommend.

Mark and Steve where very welcoming offered to give a lift back to the train station in Grafton.
The bungalow was beautiful spacious the shower was great bus stop was moved temporarily due to some road work but not to far.
Very clean and comfortable great place to stay would definitely come back and highly recommend staying here thanks Steve and Mark you have a top spot.

We had a lovely stay in the bungalow over the Queen’s Birthday long weekend. We came up from Sydney to attend a family gathering and the Village Stay in Ulmarra was a perfect location for us and our little dog. Very comfortable modern and clean space, everything you need and more. The host has been very accommodating during our stay. Definitely highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay! The town is really quaint and adorable. It is located right behind a super cool gallery with local artists and close to the Ulmarra Hotel, which has delicious food. Host were communicative and the place was spotless when we arrived. There was a ton of info about the area and some really cute touches around the apartment. We hope to be back!

A beautiful house in a quaint little town called Ulmarra. 1.5 hours away from byron bay if u want to avoid the crowds like we did. Short walk to the wharf area for sunset photos.

The place is spotlessly clean.
Hosts are very helpful for our needs.
Super spacious open living area with everything you want.
Beautiful, cosy furniture and kitchen setting just feels like staying at home.
Ulmarra hotel is across the road for dinner or the cafe next door are both very handy.
Supermarket is around 20min away it will be easy if get the grocery or drink on the way before check in.
We so enjoyed our  stay with the two dogs for 2 nights.

For the dog owner please remember to bring the dog bed, blanket or wee wee pad to keep the place clean.

Such a comfortable stay with many homely touches. Coffee machines, milk in the fridge, DVD’s, games, Netflix, beautiful furnishings & many comfortable lounges & chairs. Air con & fans were appreciated (would be very cosy in winter with the fire on). Friendly hosts who clearly maintain the property & lovely garden. For a family of four, we had plenty of room. Gorgeous pub across the road with very peaceful garden setting overlooking the river (delicious food). Nice spot to do some shopping in the village & highly recommend the cafe (& Yamba Ice cream!) Will definitely we back.

Fantastic location and the house was immaculately clean and very confortable beds and linen. We really enjoyed exploring Ulmarra and coming back to the bungalow

Lovely spacious accommodation. The bed was the most comfortable we slept in during our holiday and the linen luxurious. Appreciated being able to have our cocker spaniel stay inside with us as well. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful bungalow in a quaint historic river port town. Well equipped with nice little items that were greatly appreciated. We will return for a longer stay next time.

In spite of the drought, and the terrible heat, these guys did everything possible to make our stay comfortable. This is a great alternative to your average motel-type accommodation. And you can stroll across the road for dinner and/or breakfast.

Well thought out accomodation, friendly and caring hosts in a well kept comfortable setting. We lacked nothing and Dog friendly....! We will be back again after enjoying a fantastic break in this little gem of a town. Thank you boys !
