Butchers Buffet Strathfield

Great variety of meats, hot and cold dishes at a very reasonable price. We got here at 5pm on a weekend and was one of the first few through the doors. Very attentive service too - they will regularly change your hot plates which was great.

We love it here. Big selection of meat, side dishes, veggies and desserts! Staff was nice and friendly. Meat was fresh and food was tasty. Affordable, too. Highly recommended 👍👍

Great Korean BBQ in Strathfield - best to get here early as there are usually long lines. A bit on the pricier side and kids aged 10 and over are counted as adults. Our favourite was the Wagyu Beef and Soy Marinated Scotch Angus. Highly recommend!

Offering variety of food. It’s not too much but enough to feel it’s a buffet. The meat here is majority pork and beef. The ice cream is nice. There are three choice of drink: free cool water, hot tea and fruit in sugary water. Staffs are friendly and young. The price is about 36$/ person for lunch. Should try the pork skin here.

Great value Korean BBQ buffet!

There is a big selection of meat, vegetables & side dishes. And everything is pretty fresh and tasty!
I especially loved the fish cake soup station, it was so comforting to have that with the BBQ!

They also have ice cream and other desserts to finish off the meal.

For ~$40-$50pp, this was definitely a good deal. Would definitely come back!

My workmates and I went here for a coworker birthday dinner today. Most of us had tried eating to Butchers buffet before in other branches that’s why we recommended to have it here close to our workplace. We were seated quickly to our surprise as we were expecting a long wait since we are a big group. We tried the different types of meats but the wagyu, beef ribs and pork belly were our favourites. Overall I would say the meat quality was good. A really great plus was how attentive the staff was, they constantly came around and changed our BBQ plate and collected our dirty dishes. The drinks are available for purchase. Only downside was that we didn’t get to try all the desserts because we got too full. I had the ice cream. Would definitely go back and 100% do recommend!

Such a fantastic value if you love Korean barbecue, and an all you can eat too. Come early when they first open for the day, especially on the weekend. Otherwise the queue can be ridiculous.

The buffet offered is second to none, and I can rave on about it, but honestly, I’m more surprised on how clean the bathroom is 🤣 The place itself runs like a well-oiled machine. No wonder people line up! Get in early, or risk waiting for hours.

Came to grab some lunch and am absolutely stunned with the amazing customer service. The workers here are friendly and helpful. The food quality is also incredibly decent for a buffet. Definitely will come back again.

It is a popular Korean BBQ buffet in Stratfield. There is a variety of (marinated) beef and pork, Korean fried chicken, side dishes, dessert and ice cream. Reasonable price and very friendly staff. Everything here is perfect except the table size is too small. It would help if you came early at the opening time unless you line up waiting for a long time. The price of the dinner buffet is a bit higher than of lunch because of more variety of meat and additional free soft drink.

Good value at this all-you-can-eat Korean BBQ place. Lots of beef and pork plus some unusual cuts like intestines; then there’s the non-BBQ fried section, salads / kimchi and other Korean dishes. The other dishes (like tteokbokki and japchae) are kind of warm-ish, but if you want them hot you need to warm them on your BBQ.

Would love to have been able to control the BBQ temperature ourselves so we could regulate our eating pace, because otherwise there was a lot of smoke from the meat oil and you definitely smell like meat until you have a shower. But the selection was excellent - the marinated pork was delicious - and it’s so fun cooking your own!

Also since it’s winter I would LOVE to have seen spicy tofu stew on the buffet - my favourite, and perfect for the cold weather.

There’s very simple dessert available (cheesecake & ice cream), unlimited water and tea. All up excellent value and would highly recommend.

Be aware they’re strict about the 90min limit - no hanging around even if you’re not eating - but 90mins is plenty for KBBQ. We parked up the road on a side street and walked about 10mins to get there as parking close would be difficult.

On a peak Saturday dinner, there was a walk-in wait for 30 minutes. Once seated, we were able to grab what we wanted from the buffet, which was fun yet delicious.

I loved Butchers Buffet because it's such great value. There's a huge selection of good quality fresh pork, beef, sausage etc to cook. The entree items are also plentiful with a huge selection of food such as chicken wings and other Korean entrees. There's also dessert consisting of ice cream and other items. I was too full to try the dessert. Overall I was really impressed with the food and service, the staff were very attentive and would change the grill when it looked burnt and needed changing.

Easily the busiest Korean BBQ place in Sydney and for good reason.
Variety of meat options, sides and desserts. Service is friendly and it's easy to get someone's attention when you need something or a bit of help.
Come in for dinner if you get the choice. Dinner has Australian Wagyu beef cuts and great sides. Also you get one free soft drink per person. But if you're on a budget lunch will satisfy the itch as well. Either way you get 90 minutes to eat all the food you can, just don't waste any. That's an extra $15 per person if you do, like most Korean BBQ places.
Just remember you can't book a table as they're always busy and for larger groups you may need to wait a few minutes to get a table. But they do work fast.

This place is fun and you cook what you bring from an open buffet whatever you want (meat, chicken,etc) and you cook it at the table. They use gas and you can ask for the plate you are cooking on to be changed as you go. Lots of salads and dips. Staff are friendly with good customer service. It is a different experience that is worth it. Price wise, it's reasonable. Parking is available at the nearby shopping plaza. Toilets are within the restaurant too.

This place was great and so accepting of all forms of relationships, I came here with ml and they actually proposed! will definitely be coming back and getting them to cater our wedding which we be held on may 4th to celebrate starwars day. Food was also good - but the memories we made along the way were much better.

It’s quite a nice spot for senior students who are able to leave the school early to get food. The price is really good for kbbq and the meat is tasty:)
